My understanding is online purchases do not count however, I think they do show loyalty to the brand and also because you don’t have a store near you, perhaps they would? I’d definitely chat to your SA in Melbourne (if comfortable) about what you can do to work towards your dream bag.

I also don’t own anything in Epsom yet… I have a wish for a Kelly in Epsom… but my preference would be Chevre I think 😊

That is so amazing!! An Evelyn in gold with gold is such a hard bag to get - congratulations 🥳 Definitely ask to make a wish when the timing feels right for you! I paid the 2024 price for the 25 in Togo and it was $18.4K… I was told by my SA that it is approx. $1k more now. Not sure what the B30 is but you can definitely ask your SA ☺️ all my fingers are crossed for a 2025 wish for you!

That is fair! I started shopping luxury again during the pandemic when we couldn’t travel at all. Now that we can I have slowed down because I also love to travel and would like to save money for that but I still enjoy both. As you say, to each their own!

Oh no really? What did the SA do? I totally agree, I like how subtle it is but it’s such a unique shape! I might try to go to one of the stores in the city instead of Bondi now! I’d probably also use it as more of a special occasion than every day bag too ☺️

@ It was late November and I wanted to look at the Christmas collection pencil case and we had mentioned we had been in the city flagship store the day before, he then started talking about how he had done some cover shifts there and hated working there (our experience was fine, and the store is beautiful, it’s just always very busy). Then he was really pushy about me ordering the pencil case kept saying ‘you should order it, you should order it’. We ended up leaving and did not order it.

So interesting, hopefully you get your dream bag soon 😍! To be fair, it’s probably safer choosing colour families… I might be too specific with mine. But thankfully I explained to my SA I was looking for a light grey/green/cream/beige etc and she was like leave it with me! So fingers crossed.

@ It’s been 3 years already 😪 and I’ve changed 3 SA already…. The second SA just couldn’t care less of me… he never replied to my emails and couldn’t reserve anything on my behalf. Anytime I was mentioning something he was just “yeah you have to come to the store bla bla bla I can’t reserve it to you” eventually he “ghosted me” completely. But I saw that with Asians tourists he was well responsive in the store 😅 I also thought we had a good relationship like we could chit chat and laugh about all sort of things. What a pity! Like you said before.. he wasn’t active on helping me get a bag or else I wasn’t even in the back of his mind 😅

It’s really so hard because it feels like a good relationship but then it isn’t really…. Hopefully you meet an SA that you connect with and they can help you get your dream bag sooner ❤️ honestly, I had given up and then everything changed ☺️

Hi! Thanks so much for watching. I’m not sure if my SA would like me to share their details however, I would say, finding your right SA is all about exploring who you click with. When my first SA left, I was automatically introduced to her replacement and while I did most of my shopping with them, there wasn’t a natural connection. Meeting my current SA everything felt so much more comfortable. I’d recommend going in (if possible) and meeting a few different SA’s and when you click with one, asking for their contact details. What works for me, may not work for you if that makes sense.

@ I feel like it might be a difficult ask but really looking for craie with gold hardware, but I also love trench on the picotin. I’m planning on getting the Ariane ring for my birthday in a couple months so I might ask around then. Cross your fingers for me🤞🏽😅

@ my fingers are crossed!! Honestly with my Barenia picotin, I had bought a small tray and asked that SA (again wasn't my usual SA) do they get many picotins in store and he said 'actually we have a lot at the moment, what are you looking for' and the rest is history :) definitely ask next time you're in because you might just get lucky <3

Hi! Thank you so much! Great question, I actually made a probably a small loss overall. When you buy/sell through a reseller you pay a premium for their service and client reach. It’s a trusted route but you pay more/receive less than if you could sell directly. I wouldn’t say a huge loss though… closer to break even.

@ Yes there is a wishlist system. However, I do not have a dedicated SA. It is not costumers to exchange details with the sales advisors. Every time I am on the look for something specific, the SA I will be working with that day will simply record it on file and I get a call when the item is available.

The SA I shopped with the most would say ‘we never have bags, be patient’ when in enquire after my wish once a year, but then my newest SA was able to secure me a dream bag one month after I started shopping with her… it really feels like it’s luck on who will advocate for you

@@LuxByJade oh yes, definitely depends on how your store works, your relationship with your SA, and your spend for sure! And then at the end of the day, I have some friends that theorize that “the game“ is completely invented by the Hermes clients and doesn’t even exist 🤣

Yess, I live in Europe, so happy to have one. I’m happy for you that you got this beauty offered. Very strange that they have a different system in Australia.

There are different pre-spend ratio / policy in each countries. I think you are so lucky to get less than 1:1 ratio. In asian countries, it is 1.5 or more to get a quota bag including Constance. Congratulations on your new bag! She is gorgeous.

I use my *jklux* as a work bag and have had no issues at all. It’s a comfortable bag, fits a good amount and hadn’t lost its shape. With that being said, I also take care of all my bags and don’t carry a water bottle, pens, keys or anything that can damage the interior.
