The Bounce Back- Liiiisten, Sis, I am just now realizing that I need a better process or better steps for the “bouncing back” because I find comfort in retreating to old habits of shutting down, and going into a personal space of overeating and self doubt. Now, I get up eventually but this usually sets me back 15 more steps. Any suggestions?
