When I first saw Madness, it was MTV in the early 80’s. I was in college and was wondering what “this” is…I thought about the Beatles, Stones, Maiden and the rest. Now knowing what SKA is, I get it. 🤘🤘🤘

Despite - or maybe because of - using session standins for guitar and bass, the band sounds tight and energetic. Shame to see a Zionist flag in the audience, but then even at the start Madness sadly attracted a few right-wing fanatics, to the band's deep discomfort.

Bril! Madness fan from the off!. Probably one of their best live shows, mix of new and old and older!. My Grand daughter wants me to teach her Ska dancing!. 🤣 Niff said
