if the car in front of you is with the hazards on, it means it's not going anywhere anytime soon so it is now a confirm obstruction... by this time yes, u can now go around it. just make sure to make a full stop with proper distance from the car in front of you (u have to see both rear tires and a bit of the road). turn your signal towards the left, traffic check front and back then make the move (go around the obstruction). then go back to your original lane... signal right, look at mirror, over the shoulder and all. be well and keep safe always 😊🙏

hi Ray, TY for the visit. 18 inches from the curb would be the maximum distance of the right side of your car from the curb. the aim is for you to just pull towards the curb with a minimum distance of approximately 1 foot away from the curb and your car. maximum distance of your right side of the car and curb will be 18 inches. then the examiner asks the student driver to back up, the goal is to back your car straight until the examiner asks u to stop. if u hit the curb they will ask u to do it again up to 3 times, failure to fix it after 3 tries would mean a failed drive test. The student drivers are preparing for the drive test so we kind of move when it is really safe or else the Examiners will fail them immidiately, this is based on past exams. Drivers with licenses tends to honk and get pissed off because they dont worry about an examiner failing them. Totally 2 different kind of driving. TY so much for the visit. Be well always😊❤️🙏

are u talking about the route at the very beginning? u simply go left from dmv and then make a right... then go straight all the way to the end. make right then after 2 stop signs make a right again, that brings u back to san mateo hs. Goodluck bro. be well always✌
