When I download it as an MP4 the background goes black. Does it work for windows?
.MP4 files don't support transparency. You need to select "Original" which will download a QuickTime .MOV file with transparency.

I don't think you're missing anything. What I'm totally surprised by is that I've sold this countdown on various Church Media Sites to the tune of about 2,500 churches and no one has noticed this but you. At least no one mentioned it. It absolutely is transparent if you follow the directions. I can't help it if your editing software doesn't support.

oh , we use this to give a professional setup to streaming,.. as well as to give our viewers a sense of preparation and the feeling of being involved, the countdown prepares u to know about the start of the event/service.

What is the best way to use this in a Worship Media presentation software such as Song Show Plus or ProPresenter? Would I load this as a video and put a graphic in the background? Or do it as an overlay over an image?
I made these with the intent for people to download and then use them in a video editor to create their own countdown videos. I honestly don't know how they would work as an overlay in Song Show Plus or ProPresenter.
