This video shows how I created an OIDC app in my Okta Org and connected to it with a simple PHP application. Later on, I integrated this OIDC app with my Facebook login so that I could login with my Facebook credentials. I would like to thank some of authors of TH-cam videos that helped me along. One is from Nate Barbettini, who gave a very concise explaination of the difference between OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0 in this video here th-cam.com/video/996OiexHze0/w-d-xo.html. The other one is from Vincent Stevenson, who wrote the PHP application to connect to OpenID Connect, in this video here th-cam.com/video/jUgyT4E_C10/w-d-xo.html. I modified his PHP application slightly to output values like the access token and ID token.
