Love u guys! Cheers for the amazing sounds!!! Xxx
Absolutely awesome. Thanks for posting.
Out of all the reasons for time travel, coming back to this in NZ is the best!
I love to know the name of the theme tune.of its in the bag
I think it was called Carnival... something. It came from a production music LP.
My mate gave me her c.d for some ganjah , i didn't realize it was autographed Merry Christmas 97 from Emma till i got home so i went back the next day and gave my mate a fender squire electric guitar also. We were both very grateful.
He was our WOLFMAN JACK.
That song has been haunting me for 30 years...
1978
Love the choice of synthesized music in movies from that era such as Gallipoli and Chariots of Fire. I personally feel as though it portrays a modern emotion to a historic event that the viewer can relate to.
Hottie ❤
Outstanding ! ! 👌👏👏👏
This song is so fucking stupid. My dad used to put this on repeat to piss me and my sister off. Now as an adult I realise how funny that actually was lmao
RWP was so good!
Brilliant piece of an unforgettable theme music.
Selwyn Toogood. He truly made this show a joy to watch.
And her voice is beautiful as well.
She is so Beautiful.
Sooooo Goooood
Space(d Out) Waltz...
Goldenhorse underrated
Many a lonely might spent thinking about Sharon O'Neil...
I can't think of a better singer than Kirsten. Just amazing. Their music has barely aged. Still amazing
Paul Holmes also had a music show in Christchurch about 1974 called Norman. It didn't last long but i went to the studio a couple of times.
The whole album is brilliant.
Otago Polytechnic Student Union. 1990. 👉♥️👈🥝✔️
Paul Ubana Jones came to our school in ‘88 or early ‘89, not long after he moved to NZ. The concert blew me away, then we paid $5 for a guitar workshop. The 14 year old me had all these questions about his tunings and RH technique etc, but Paul got us all to put our guitars down and walk around the hall with him, keeping in time with the groove. Several years later I figured out what he was teaching us. Since then I’ve probably heard him live around 30 times and introduced at least 4-5 girlfriends to him and his music. Each gig Paul was like, “I think we’ve met before. No? Oh you’re the new lady then.” Ha ha.
We had our flat warming in Newtown that evening, so I didn’t go to the concert. Later in the night a few people came to our party from the concert and told me I’d missed one of the greatest gigs ever.
Cool. I was at teachers college with Roger Watkins back in ‘97. Then a couple of years ago I was jamming at a friend’s place and saw this book in his bookshelf. I seem to have acquired it on long term loan, despite my offers to return it. The bands are all a bit before my time but I have come across some of the participants still lurking around town over the years.
Fucking obsessed
Great song
Robert Rakete, the brown wiggle 😊
Karen hay and her mumble and edgy show. Loved our nights watching these programmes
I love the album these three did together!
Better than the 1950s version lol
LOL the irony is that glam was dying out in the UK and Bowie had moved on to blue eyed soul by the time this came out.
Wow - thank you. I remember sneaking into the lounge room late Sunday nights to watch Radio with Pictures - Iconic Kiwi TV 🖤
