Finally tried it in the real world yesterday and it was a blast, was running up the score comfortably until a bottom of 3 counter charge changed the entire board state and swung the game.

Rocco, I'd reckon if you bang a video with the right title (AoS 101 already kind of sets people up for failure since its not such a popular search word), at the right time (preferably on launch or just shy of) and idk, you may try to learn and get better with editing or have someone in your community volunteer for it, like most content creators do. This is generic advice, but there's really no other secret sauce to jumpstart your channel again. Love the content, looking forward to more!

Dig your content especially since your return. I dont get much time to play as a parent and want to improve my play, be able to play more games, and want to start learning 4th with a chess clock. Seems like with the changes to off turn reaction timing and 3" combat the game is better suited for clocks and for faster play than it ever has been. Any thoughts on trying to learn to be tournament ready?

Huge miss for GW on these free spells. Creating a useless arms race that they will have to nerf out of the edition. Said it on our show as well, these will become a bigger problem as time goes on. Sad, since the rest of 4th is so on point and well thought out. Then marketing popped in and said, "we need to unload all these endless spells, make them bonkers good for a few months" Good talk, Rocco

Oh I forgot to say! I also played S2D on frigid zephyr. Got VERY lucky, he got very close for a big charge and stupidly threw a spear at one of my units. 62 Fusilier shots on return fire lifted the unit about to wipe me out 😅

Good work bud, some close games! I feel Fusiliers need points reduction too, warforger shouldn't have gone down, the guns should! I found corsairs as screens and potential targets for tenebral blades decent MW output, just by dying!

Ngl, I was a little salty when this one dropped. I play foot ogors mostly, and this didn’t move the needle at all. Overall I think the changes were good though.

Although I'm not a full elf list, I've painted my cities as a Drow raiding party (DND inspired) - used the sitting vampire from the soul engine thing to sit on pontifex throne😅

Nice vid again, I nearly made the same mistake with the mounted charge on the objective myself! This is going to sound ridiculously obvious, but I was watching a fellow cities player and he did his spell casting before Pontifex prayer. Don't ever do this haha.
