Please I will be grateful ,if your videos more clear then this.thank you.
Ok, thanks
Panent and make a company.. we need mate. People scared to use old . Fear off blowing up. Everything. ( if can by a plug in to the device. World save on green waste and the unit can be still be used today. Please
Glad you liked it! First, the one has to known how to do. Second, the one has to have enough resources to have it done economically. 👍
Straight from a 2000 w generator to a true sign wave. ? Please do. We all have old generator. And need use god. Bless. Mick Australia 🇦🇺
Thanks for your interest, Mate! Not that straight however it can be done: The ways to do, just matter of the practical or not. 😇
All three wires o have read same resistance
No, no Bro. The motor would be at faulty such as burnt internal winding or short if it had 0 or read same resistance. Good luck on next one! 😐
Missspelling , blue black and red wire 1 horsepower fan motor all three wires no matter how I test them they have the same resistance
@@DIRTTRIKER Certainly something wrong with the motor's internal winding. needs dismantling motor for further investigation if you know how to, otherwise putting the motor in a recycle bin. Bad luck Bro! 🥺
@diymade2175 okay so tell me what your knowledge is on these new Motors
I'm talking about the ECM motor it's the same thing you would see in ventilation heating air conditioning,
👌👌👌👍
👍 Cheers!
Thank you well explained well done
You're welcome. Cheers! 🙂👍
Thank you.
Glad you liked it. Cheers! 👍
Can it power drills and fans?
Certainly. That inverter is 200 watt, make sure the loads are not over the inverter's capacity! 🙂👍
Great stuff!
🙂👍
Sinewave not visible.
It was sine wave. Cheers!
Please tell me what is the capacitor and inductor for 1500 or 2000 W inverter? Thank you🙏🙏
Good question, Mate however it is not easy to answer: Generally speaking, a capacitor's value can be chosen between 2 - 4 µF but an inductor's value is complicated case to choose, it depends on a few of facts such as the inductor's core material, its size, shape & current etc. all will affect the requirement for its inductance. An inverter with half a dozen mH inductor can be seen in practical applications. 😇👍
Nice Job. But I feel this method will quickly drain the battery because the capacitor will act as load
@@danielwashi6229 It wouldn't be that far far ... quickly as you mentioned! A 2 µF capacitor takes only a bit of wattage from the battery, in fact, the same or similar part(s) can be found in all the sine wave inverters however the exact figure might have been different for each applicant. Thanks for your interest! 🙂
AI voice... again!
That's the one of ways. Cheers! 🙂
No diagram can't see
Yes, certainly has! 🙂
OK, really? That's just too simple. How come so many inverters are still square wave then? I'll try it sometime.
Thanks for your interest, Mate! The simplest, the better however it isn't for every square wave inverter. Good luck with your experience! 🙂👍
Because the inductor will fry soon
@@mayokundeji4846 In order to avoid that situation, the one has to manage the inductor and load accordingly, this is on the different subject. Cheers! 😁👍
square is cheaper. And proper coil is heavy and expensive, and have some loses. Real sinus converters are made different.
@@johnfox2483 U R Right on these, gain some and lose some. Thanks!
Your videos is not complted u can't tell the connection watt and amps and also which type tubelight chock use?
Cheers!
Also will it not generate ahuming noise to apliance
Noise? no, no!!
Good work but can it be a really true sinewave
It's close enough and as good as for most applications. Thanks for your interest!
Very good project ! But 10uf,25 v. capacitor was polarized, and sw. was connected to that cap. not to the 220pf cap. I am searching such a simple n effective frequency generator for testing on my 3 1/2 digit DMM, that has only 200kHz range. Thank you very much.
Thanks for your interest, Mate! Always happy to help. In the video's diagram showed: SW position is for the lower frequency range, the higher frequency range is when the WHITE wire pulling out or plugging it into socket on the far right side as showed in the video. Good luck!
Thank you! I finished the one phase motor course two month ago and already forgot so this was a perfect brush up. Actually, we worked more on 4 wire connection and the 3 wire was more theorical lecture.
Good on you, Mate! Glad it helped and also there is another video on my channel regarding multi wire connection (including 4 wire connection): "How To Connect Multi Wires AC Motor With A Capacitor Attached". On that video, the one of comments which I answered was related to 4 wire connection. Cheers! 👍
Great explanation. Very educational. Thanks much Brother🎉❤
You're welcome & glad you liked it. Cheers! 🙂👍
Thank you for sharing
👍
have u still got the car
No, no. The car had been gone a couple of years ago. Cheers!
Very nice where to buy that inverted board and how much it's cost
Thanks for your interested, Mate! The Inverter Board was purchased from online store such as Aliexpress for US$20 a set more or less, it can also be purchased from Amazon & Ebay etc. 🙂👍
Price Kitna is metre ka 50 empier 100 volt mein chahie tha
Thanks for the interested! It was over US$10 when I bought it long time ago however, right now it is US$20 for 100 V/100 A meter and just over US$15 for 100 Volt/50 Ampere's meter more or less. You can find them on Ali Express, E bay & Amazon online stores. Good luck👍
4:44 240V divided by 92 Ohms = 2.608 Amp max current for the transformer primary, 240 x 2.608 = 626.4 turns in the primary winding. Pity you did not take the secondary Ohms reading,
Cheers!
2 x pi = 6.28318531 NOT what what you said, 1:15 L is inductance in henry's We do not know L at this time 1:20 You need to explain L before (A) explanation, Very confusing for students Other than that 8 out of 10 for video, Also it is a lamp or a bulb not a globe, a globe is a ball with the world map on it.
👍
Tried it on my empty 2012 Ford Falcon EcoLpi (injected) and it didnt work :/ Tow truck on the way now
Great video. Thanks. Clearly and simply explained.
Cheers! 👍
Thank you very much! This was the best video on how to wire this kind of motor! I first wired it according to Jeremy Flemming's video but it kept getting very hot and I knew that wasn't right!
Glad it helped & Cheers! 🙂👍
My god just show a whole picture of the chart, end of video. The rest is just irritating, useless.
You're lucky & Cheers! 👍
change batteries to new ones then if you look first it has a sign DO NOT TILT and then it has recycling in yellow letters pffffff to bad!!!
thanks..
🙂❤👍
I’ve seen 220 OHM 1W 5% resistors at 9mm & 10mm long. (Red Red Brown Gold) Can you please explain why so short. Thank you
Thanks for your interested, Mate! The sizes of resistors in the video showed are applicable in the most practical situations, in your case I'd say that resistor was 0.5 W instead of 220 ohms 1W however it could be otherwise. 🙂😇
Great explanation, i had a 24v ac single phase motor with 3 wires which powered an antenna rotator. The control box had 3 connections with a a capacitor across two of the connections. This helped me identify which motor wires i should use. Thankyou.
Glad it helped & Cheers! 🙂👍
Shouldn't the voltage between (+) and (-) be double the voltage i.e. 0.9V?
Thanks for your interested! Theoretical speaking, the voltage between (+) and (-) is V - 2 x 0.7 volt = V - 1.4 volt (here V is input of AC voltage). Suppose V is 230 volt then the voltage between (+) and (-) is 230 volt - 1.4 volt = DC 228.6 volt, however if V is 2.5 volt then the voltage between (+) and (-) is 2.5 volt - 1.4 volt = DC 0.9 volt. Cheers! 🙂👍
why buy chinese death traps when you can make them at home.
Thanks for the interested, Mate. Well the DIY device in the video showed was just the one of ways to make your own convenience SMPS power supply. Everyone's circumstances might have been different, the one can make his/her device according to the materials or parts they have. Cheers!
how much ampere across the load?
before or after it killed you?
Thanks for your interested! The DC output capacity for this DIY power supply is 40 watt, so its max current: I = 40 W / 5 V = 8 amperes also the components of the output have been chosen for 8 amperes as max allowable current. In practical as the the video showed, a car's bulb rating: DC 12 V / 21 W so across its current was 21 W / 12 V = 1.75 amperes. Cheers.
Gereat job bro❤
Cheers 👍
Thank u mate . Your master. I watched 100’s of videos people trying to explain this to me and just got the run around , u nailed it
Glad it helped. As always, share my experiences and do my best to explain & answer if I can. Cheers! 👍

I have just messeurd my welling induktionsmotor 3phase. I have the same resistent on all 3 wires. 03.7 ohms. Whitsh wire should can i use for the capacitor?
Thanks for the interested! Mate, your intention are: A 3 phase AC motor to run by single phase AC power then how to connect a capacitor to that motor, am I right? <1> make sure the motor has been connected by Delta (∆) in the motor's terminals box. <2> Then, a capacitor can be connected to any two terminals in the motor's terminals box. <3> Finally, to connect Live(L) wire from AC power to the one of the capacitor's terminals, Neutral(N) wire from AC power to the terminal in the motor's terminal box which has not been connected by the any one of two wires from the capacitor. That's it & good luck! P.S. - It wouldn't be any good for a 3 phase motor with the larger capacity (a motor > 1 kw)to run on singe phase AC power.
Great Video. How could I wire this volt/ammeter and shunt to a DC DC buck converter?
Thank you for the interested! For your question, as an example by referring to the volt/ammeter's diagram connected at 4:35 on this video: Connecting your DC buck converter's output positive(+) to the load's positive terminal which is on the top left corner from the diagram, then connecting the load's negative terminal to the one end of shunt (this end of shunt is also connected to Thick Red Wire from the meter) which is on the top right corner from the diagram and finally connecting your DC buck converter's output negative(-) to the other end of shunt (that end of shunt is also connected to Thick Black Wire from the meter) which is at the bottom of the diagram. P.S.-- Be careful with the wires in different colours and also Thin Red & Black Wires are for the meter's power supply which its range is DC 4 to 30V. That's it, good luck and enjoy! 👍
@@diymade2175 Thank you kindly Sir. You are a scholar and a gentleman.

Sir I am making 12 volt 5 ampire transformer, maximum which Ah battery charging using, please reply sir 🙏
Thanks for your interested! Well, as your intention: P = 12V x 5A = 60W for the DC power to charge a battery, the 14V output from a transformer can be chosen either center tapped or not. In this case, a transformer's core area can be designed as S = 10cm2 approximately. I leave to you for the rest of the details. Enjoy & good luck. 👍
12 v 10 Ampire transformer 4ah bike battery charging pannalama yes or no sir
@@kalaivananA1990 If your bike battery is 9V/4ah, yes 12V/10A transformer is alright to make a charger for that battery however, no if your bike battery is 12V/4ah. 😑
