Mythbusting: Did Jesus Really Say We Are Not to Judge? | Matthew 7 | Ep4
In this Bible Study I tackle a big question. Did Jesus command us not to judge others? There is an appeal implied in not judging that we can then shield ourselves from those who might judge us. But this is missing the big picture that is more clearly explained after reading the rest of Matthew 7

Morality By What Standard | EP3
มุมมอง 1621 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
In this video I make an argument for the best objective standard we have to determine what is or isn’t moral. I discuss briefly the post modern appeal to a subjective “my truth,” a consensus appeal, and a Biblical standard whose moral foundation is the 10 Commandments. I also say a word about the Macionite “unhitching” heresy that wrongly argues that the Old Testament is not relevant to Christi...

And your god ordered genocide. Not a good moral argument. And do you choose which Levitical laws you choose to obey? Christian hypocrisy knows no bounds.
Seriously, that's the best you've got? You are going to have to do way better than that. Would you call the allied forces in WWII wiping out the Nazi's and Japanese forces a genocide? Well apparently you would. You make zero distinction between good and evil, which implies you are upset with God for wiping out evil. The story of Sodom illustrates this in that God did not wipe out Sodom until there was not even 1 righteous person there. God wipes out evil; it is not arbitrary. Which particular Levitical law would you like to address? They fall into different categories, and some only apply within a certain context. Sacrificial laws were fulfilled at the cross for instance. Finally, when you say hypocrisy do you mean like when an atheist declares himself to be the center of all virtue and righteousness? That kind of hypocrisy? It makes it really convenient when you can declare whatever evil you do to be righteous and condemn others as hypocrites for not following your dark path.
