May mga points din ako na narerecieved ginagamit ko nlng pambayad sa credit card tinatapalan ko nlang yung utang sa credit card para lalo tumaas yung credit limit ko ganda yung service ni BDO.hindi ako nagwiwedro sa account ko ng cash. Hinahayaan ko LNG na tumaas.cashless ano mang oras.

Ilang taon ko nang ginagamit yong bdo visa card ko. Ginamit ko na rin abroad. You probably used the card unsecurely online. I was hacked once, mabilis yong action ni bdo.inalis kaagad sakin yong charges. Card owners also have responsibility.

Just for clarification. I only use my BDO CC for food panda and Grab rides(around 500p or less). I barely get 1K spent for 1 order or ride. Does it mean that I won't get a single point from those rides/orders? Or would BDO give points based on the total accumulated spend?

I've no problem using my bdo credit card. Maybe your card was compromised when you did online shopping?
I have a BDO visa gold cc for almost 2yrs. Nagdadalawang isip na akong ipa deactivate. Dahil sa 200 pesos monthly membership fee. Yes pwedeng ma waive, pero worth it bang tumawag every month sa hindi toll free line ng BDO? (And the long queue time to talk to an agent) Yes pwede din gawing annual fee, but you have to spend more and request for a supervisor. Then tatawag kanalng every year.
Same here. Agree with all that said. May citibank cc nako which was approved with some cash gift. Tapos ok pa ung app ng citi. So monitored ko expenses ko. Unlike sa bdo app na hindi user friendly ung app. I cant be even login sa sarili kong acct for christ’s sake
I had the same dilemma until a week ago. Last month kasi sobrang nahirapan ako icontact ung BDO customer service it was so frustrating. Para sana maiwaive ung fees.. been doing it ever since I got the card pero last month talaga hindi ako maka connect. I tried halos everyday pero narealize ko it's not worth wasting so much time on. Kaya pumunta ako sa branch, I was thinking if gawin kong annual nalang or icancel ung card. Pag annual kasi same lang din.. either I should go to the branch to waive the fees or call (eh sobrang hirap nga ng customer service nila) and the fact na mas malaki need mo igastos within the next 30 days (7k+). So I decided to just cancel my card, less stress. Meron naman ako BPI and just got an EastWest card. Mas accommodating si BPI sa pag waive ng fees rather than si BDO. Si EastWest di ko pa natry ung pagwaive since I just got it.
