I am excited to try this! I have been hitting off a tee for 6 weeks now. Swing 3lb bat then a light bat. 72 swings twice a week. All I can say is WOW! Huge difference in bat speed and arm speed. People at field starting to notice something different. I’m starting this next week. I’m 54 and gonna be throwing like I was in my Twenties. Let’s go!!!

I’ll put a exercise band the wrist wrap through the barrel of the bat and make the hitter load with the hands back that resistance helps
