Column Installation and Cleanup of wires.
Replaced Column with a type that does not have the Auto Transmission shifting arm or the transmission indicator on the column. This better represents the floor shifter. Under dash wire organizing and Tach install.

First drive of my 1970 Jeep J 4000 after 20 years sitting still. A few pauses while driving because I forgot to turn on the electric pump and the reverse is over and up not down. There will be more videos to come.

Double Flaring

Instructions for double flaring of thin wall tubing. aluminum or .040 wall soft copper. This is how I make steel fuel lines and brake lines. Do not forget the male or female connector before starting this process.

This video helps to set the drive line angle on my 1971 Dodge Challenger. A rumble type vibration at 65 MPH. I added 2 degrees of angle on the rearend Purch pads.

A countersink will remove the burr without using a file. If you rotate the jig in the vise 90 degrees, it won't move when you use the wrench
Such a simple operation yet there's almost nothing on TH-cam covering it. High pressure and safety-critical lines are almost always double-flared because it seals better than a single-flare.
I use a step drill uni bit to debure and chamfer the ID, almost instantly. Videos like yours will help the next generation, hopefully

I hate taking my car to shows, people are so disrespectful about cars unless you put a fence around them. I took my car once and couple of lady’s with a few extra pounds and baby strollers parked the butts up against my car. They got pissed when I asked them to not learn up against my car with the there backsides

I have a 68 charger, from Washington State, were you from? Nice challenger, was it always a plum?
The color is a mix of Blue and Purple with 4 shades of flake. It changes tint based on the angle of the sun e base coats and 4 clear coats and then the usual cut, buff, polish about 9 years ago in my garage.
Why didn't you show all the steps for the old radiator removal ?
All my uploads are to an internet service that is very slow. This video required 14 hours to up load. I am hoping in the future my internet service will be much faster this is why the video did not contain all the steps. I am glad you watched and I hope it helped. As I get better at this more detail will be coming. Thanks.

Is it pretty straight forward to replace the cable? Will I need to drain the transmission fluid?
No you do not need to lower the pan. (No fluid)The shifting arm is on top of the pan area. Your shift cable should come with instructions. Make sure you do not eliminate the kick down lever system. Adjustment of the cable is mostly at the transmission shifting arm under your car.

@@Asdf67865 I purchased the replacement through Amazon. [B&M 80833 5foot cable Super Duty Race Shifter Red} If I had to do this again I would not use the super duty race just the standard size. The race version is twice the diameter of the standard and it made installation difficult. It is more robust but hard to weave around to the top of the starter.
The adjustment is the shifter cable and the kickdown cable. That is it.
@@TheMrChallenger71 The super duty race will put you in a bad position my friend, it is such tensile strength from being so heavy that it can bend the shifter arms on the transmission and then you are stuck. That was the first mistake I made with a 65 Valiant 360-4bbl with SB 727 swap(it had been a 273/904 car factory). Eventually I had to find a case with good shifter arms and I got platic coated light braded cable from home depot cut to length. They don't even offer that any more.
