This Wretched Anguish - Neverending Sorrow
Back at it again with the first single for a new EP. Starting to get the hang of this whole song-making thing, if I say so myself.
Lyrics:
My soul, wretched and tired,
never healed from every terrible event that transpired.
I sold all I could spare,
to afford myself some help, but still there’s nobody there.
Watching my youth pass me by.
Speaking my truth, living a lie.
Nothing can save me now (x2).
(Neverending sorrow) (x2).
I loved them at their lowest and they left me at mine
They must have finally noticed I will never be fine.
If I could find a device to repair my past,
Then I would use it to make sure I died when I had my chance.
Helpless, nothing is left.
Coward, too weak for death.
I welcome any vice
that enters my cursed life,
adopting any option,
I don’t even think twice.
Addicted to anything
that makes the pain subside,
where I don’t have to think
for an hour or five.
The one flaw in slow death,
Is that I’m not dead yet.
The only flaw in a slow death
Is that I’m still not dead yet.
Watching my youth pass me by.
Speaking my truth, living a lie.
Nothing can save me now (x4).
(Neverending sorrow) (x2).

Tried a more folk-metal vibe with this one. Lyrics: Help me, I can’t do this anymore. I’m so scared, I want it all to end. The longing, the regret, all the pain, and the dread. Still as the trees of windless woods, steadfast, I lay on my lonesome, drowning in my depression. The fatigue never lessens. Nothing is enough, I can never be worthy, my life wastes in front of me, the days show no mercy...

Funnily enough Noah's Ark easily justifies evolution if it were a grandiose flood designed to reset terrestrial life. Also when you point that out to creationists they try to claim it was only a regional flood designed to wipe out humanity. Also I was hoping you would go into Plants somehow surviving because they wouldn't. As for Moses they were deliberately led in circles to suffer for 40 Years because they disobeyed their cruel deity. Fun video to watch!

    • @Telford-Services
      @Telford-Services 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@emilywyatt9340 Perhaps, but it might necessarily be so. Noah is estimated to be one of around two thousand male descendants of that Eden Garden couple (but the figures really do seem to be all over the place). He was (apparently) ninth in line from the two of them, who'd given birth to Cain, Abel and Seth (being the great, great, etc grand-daddy of Noah). Lamech was Noah's daddy. My 2000 figure was a "guesstimate" of that around 2000 mothers inhabited the planet before Oh Great One sent a global flood to wipe out pretty much every sizable organism on the planet, including all fruit bearing and other trees, all legumes, all crops, and of course, every living animal (save flood resistant fish animals, some birds and of course the paired animals and the the human animals who were on board that sturdy, magnificent ark vessel). This meant that after the flood those ark animals could only survive on fish and bird and what was still left over of the vegetative supplies brought on board prior to the cleansing" or washing" of the planet of other Eden Garden descendants as "the evil doers" until what was left of earthly vegetative matter had been given a chance to flourish. Still, who knows? And my thoughts are that I could visit that hole again (with Alice) and ask the Queen of Hearts whether or not she knows if it was Adam who impregnated Eve, or whether it might have been the serpent who did the job on her. My recent enquiries with some senior church types resulted in my being told that Adam only gave Eve one of his spare ribs and that the original sin mentioned was the sin of taking and consuming "fruit" from the "tree of knowledge". So, it just shows you never can tell regarding such historic events (as reported by way of the scriptures). This could be supportive enough evidence that the Oh Great One had figured that there were too many trees of knowledge on the planet, and that because he was going to be the sole manager of humans, there'd be no need for any further earthly knowledge in any case. Hence, his decision to wipe nearly all flora and fauna out during the cleansing process appears to be well thought through. It seems to add up (in biblical terms if nothing else).

Another question is, why kill all the animals? Animals can't sin. Ergo, they cannot be sinful. So what the heck did they do to deserve drowning? How about the fish? Oh yeah, they were already in the water, so presumably they didn't drown. Apparently god liked fish better than land animals. Otherwise he would have lifted them out of the water, and left them gasping on the land...oops, the land was all covered with water. Okay well, maybe he could just lift them into the air and leave them there until they died. Maybe that's where the stories of dead fish coming down like rain started.

But of course the ark would have contained two of all the species of fish, including two blue whales, so presumably they could populate the oceans after the flood. But what were they killed for? What had they done to deserve being killed. I mean, we don't attribute sinfulness to non-human animals so why kill them all. And why even bother to kill them. The omnipotent god just thought everything into existence, so why not just think it out of existence? What was the reason for the flood?

@@dancingnatureya know it's ironic in a way that you would mention that cause I had something similar on my mind also! Ya know all them animals would not of had anything to eat when they got off the boat because salt water would of killed all the vegetation and the meat eating ones would of attacked and killed the ones that lived on plant food and after all them were attacked and eaten the meat eaters would of soon starved too death and therefore all in a fairly short period of time went extinct 😅😅😅😅

@@David-dg3rq All of the animals would have been psychotic but the carnivores would have taken off after a deer like greased lightning.

It is obvious that Noah's ark was an ancient fairytale written by bronze age storytellers to entertain the local illiterate peasants.

"I was like a neckbeard but without the capacity to grow a neckbeard" Is such a good line. For real, though, as someone with my own bad 12 year old stories, I love hearing the insane stories people write when they're young.

I remember every single time I ever got complimented for my shirts and it was this one both times, so it means a lot the first time was six years ago and I never grew out of the shirt

I’ve been watching those <300 views videos TH-cam likes to recommend me from time to time and I gotta say this one is the best one I’ve seen! Probably because unlike most other smaller channels you have noticeable charisma and can edit. Only recommendation is maybe zoom in or add in a picture of what you’re trying to show is in the notebook (at some point you turn it to the camera but it’s so far away I couldn’t make out anything) and like someone else said work on your lighting a bit. Great work! Hope to see more of this

Why IS nobody worried about the threat of 12 year old vampires!? This is incredibly entertaining though, can't wait to suffer trough another part
