First, Jonathan is one of Lea's best friends, who worked with her on Spring Awakening, but they never dated, and he's confirmed that he's gay. Also, Lea has been dating another actor, Theo Stockman since late 2009 (after this video I think, but not after your post). As for Naya, she hasn't been with mark in a while, and Heather has been with her boyfriend, Taylor for years
