Recently used Tim’s Succeeding in the Assessment Center modules and placed 3rd on my Lt exam. Even though I have participated in the assessment center as a sergeant candidate, I was better prepared and understood what was required from me this go around due to the knowledge gained from Tim. Once again, thank you sir!

Tim Gillette training was instrumental for achieving the #1 spot my agency's sergeant promotional process. His system on how to approach assessment center scenarios was critical passing and excelling in an unfamiliar process. The problem solving models allow for an adaptable approach that can be utilized for any type of scenario given. Couldn't recommend him more for any person looking to promote and excel in the promotional process.

Very informative video

Tim’s course allowed me to move way up in the promotional Sgt’s process after the multiple choice portion. I was ranked 36 out of 50 candidates after multiple choice. After purchasing Tim’s audio lessons I aced some major components in the assessment center and jumped to 15 overall. I am sad I didn’t purchase other portions of the exam center teaching because I am sure I would have been top 10. I only worked on the oral board with him. I will be promoted within a year, Thanks Tim!

I took Tim's audio course followed by personal one on one instruction over Zoom. This training was first class. I am convinced that without it I would not have performed nearly as well on my recent promotional process for police sgt. My question is if the first officer was shot and is not answering the radio, how the dispatcher will establish clear communication with him/her? I assume would be right to see the second unit?

I purchased Dr. Gillette's training material, Succeeding in the Police Assessment Center. I work at a smaller police agency in S. Florida where the testing process is extremely competitive due to the limited positions. I can not extend my appreciation enough to Dr. Gillette. Because of Dr. Gillette and his training aids I am proud to say I scored #1 on the test. I know for a fact if i did not use Dr. Gillette's suggested material I would not have scored as well as I did. I attended Colonel Gillette’s workshop and an individual course prior to my Sergeant assessment. This course gave me confidence to go into the assessment and handle each scenario provided logically and with a plan. The assessors even asked me who trained me for the assessment and when I advised Colonel Gillette they told me to “tell Tim he still got it”. Very great course for promotion, I highly recommend it!
