In the Russia round, I had no clue until, with seconds left, I found an ad or sticker on a bus that said something that included the letters 'CHEL' in latin script. So, I went Chelyabinsk and it was right! Wow, lucked out there. Altho I had seen Уфа (Ufa) on a sign, so I knew it wasn't going to be too far from Ufa.

Portal is like the thing in Stargate. Today I managed to achieve gold with no moving ~10sec/ round

My 5k in the Puerto Rico round was so satisfying cuz I wasn't sure I had it. But, everything lined up well, so I thought this could be the 5k and luckily it was!

The last round was brutal. I didn't see a single useful clue, and the clouds didn't even let me do sun alignment. I guessed Brazil just based on vibes. Guessing southern Brazil was pure luck.

I almost got gold by playing ~10sec/round. The Uruguay round looked like Uruguay so I clicked on Uruguay.

In the Pakistan round, the reason I knew it was Pakistan and not India is because so many people were wearing baggy pants, which is a Pakistani thing. I didn't find the signs that you found and just went Lahore, Pakistan on a hunch. If I would have scanned parks and POIs in Lahore, I may have found it.

BTW, in the Ecuador round the camera was "shit cam", which is mainly found in India, plus parts of Nigeria, Cambodia, & Ecuador (and a few other small countries).

Argh! In the Ecuador round, I found something that said Santo Domingo. So, when I found the city of Santo Domingo on the map, I initially clicked on it. But, for some dumb reason I changed my guess. Oops!

I played very quickly, 1 min total for 5 rounds because i was very tired after a big day in the microbiology lab testing and reporting pathogens and antibiotic susceptibilities so that doctors will be able to prescribe appropriate antibiotics for each case based on laboratory testing.
