We are the couple behind Toronto's beloved Roselle Desserts pastry shop. On this channel, we share a behind the scenes look at our life running a successful small business in Toronto and the many things that bring us joy.

Come into the kitchen with us as we make our most decadent tart!
Our Turtle Tarts have a special place in our hearts. It was one of the original five desserts we started with when we first opened Roselle almost 10 years ago. We don't offer this labour intensive petit gateau year round anymore- it only comes back for a fleeting moment at the end of summer before it disappears again.
The deceptively simple looking tart is a multi-day process- from the tart shell, to the candied pecans, the milk chocolate mousse, the chocolate genoise, the mirror glaze, the chocolate garnish. It only takes seconds to devour. We hope you enjoy the process :)

Ahhh. Love this…brings back memories of the time Paul and I were scuba diving in Cozumel. We rented a scooter one day and drove around the island. For lunch there was a family restaurant right on the beach. As the fishing boats came in you order your food. The deep fried fish was amazing…we still talk about it. Sitting on the warm beach eating, swimming and mingling with the locals…a great day. Paul’s Spanish not near as good as Bruce’s 👏👏👏. Looks like a great time.

The sounds of dim sum! Beautiful park. Looks so peaceful. Re: sharpies....i got a pack of colored sharpies, thinking it would add a bit of fun, but lime green and ballet pink don't show up well on masking tape. No fun! 😂

Oh my goodness! Absolutely gorgeous and mouth watering. We had a beautiful strawberry season here in Virginia, but all I made was pies.
How is Skyview Dim sum these days? I heard the chef had moved to a different restaurant. The take out containers make me laugh (as in I recognize that). The freshFest menu sneak peak is amazing. I am sad that I am missing it, because I won’t be in town.
I had no idea the chef left, the dim sum is still great. I’m sorry we’ll miss you at Freshfest!!!

Oh how I wish the strawberries we get here in California were as sweet, juicy and red throughout as the ones you guys are able to get. If I'm making a filling, any fruit but especially strawberries, I use frozen. From there it's the lucky of the draw as to whether or not the fresh strawberries here are sweet, juicy and red throughout ☹ Nice looking dessert. I'm sure it taste even better... 😋
