Maronites are not "Suryoye" anymore. They do not care about our language, they could have revived Classical Syriac but they didn't. They're now Arabs. The day they go back to our language then we'll say they're one of us, until now they're not and chose another path. And this is ridiculous to claim the Rum / Melkites as one of us, this has to stop. These Rums supported Baathism in Syria and the Levant to the detriment of our people, culture and language.
