It depends on the version in the comics there. 2 This one from my video and the one like the robots movie lol, in the cyberverse show bee says how he was forged from this thing th-cam.com/video/kZN2jPqJ6yA/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared at 4:05 so there's many different ways a bot is born

The G1 continuity is the only one I'm really familiar with (and TFP to some extent, but mostly just G1) And I guess they must've changed Skywarp's gender for another continuity because in G1 he was a dude (kinda like how in Care Bears they keep switching Funshine Bear's gender from generation to generation)

It starts in July first and ends at August first, but you can put up characters all year round

from eggs the all spark puts them in eggs or pods
