What an adventure so far!

For so long ive beeen trying to remember what this game was. I was super young when i played it and couldnt remember much about it other than being a guy climbing up a cliff and that you could sprout wings to get across the gaps. Thank you so much. Lol

Ever figure out how to get rid of the bars/corruption on the edges under the 1080 setting? I have a Tensun version of this (same item, different branding) and under both 1080i and 1080p, regardless of aspect ratio, there are bars visibile on both sides of the screen. In my opinion that's the only drawback to this device.

Found out my issue was similar in that the solder was cracked. The connection loss was at the relay on the maine board between the large power supply, large caps, and the copper coil. That black relay in that corner wasn't getting a connection. It was difficult to get to. I took the bottom access panel and used a longer and thinner soldering iron tip. It's 6 pins. I realized that was the issue when I tapped it while powered on, and the sound came in. Hope that helps someone.

I had a Culligan whole house filter, the Culligan sprung a leak under the bypass valve at the 3 year mark, the leak was a close call could've caused thousands of dollars in water damage, I would inspect filter system every 2 weeks especially after a year. Many have said the same as I, their Culligan sprung a leak after 1 or 2 years. I read competitors reviews, the other choices have leaking issues as well, looks like these lower cost filter systems cannot handle the high pressure, heat and the Cold in the garages and attics. Inspect regularly, also place a bucket or another method to drain if leaking to protect garage or attic from the leaking filter system. or regret.

Overall, I'd say the N30 2.4 ghz is definitely better than Retro-Bit's NES Origin8 controller. That thing has a weird pressed down semi mushy D-pad, the shoulder buttons get in the way when playing NES games, it rattles, the smoother corners actually make it less grip-able, plus the B&A buttons don't feel quite as nice either. On the flip side, Origin8 has the greatest feeling Start & Select buttons, rivaling both the N30 and original NES controller, and i absolutely love the GameBoy Variant's look. N30 however looks kind of ugly imo since there's just too much black going on. That's it's only real fault I'd say.

I have the SNES version of this cable and it was so much better than the cheaper HDMI cables, some cables carry the composite signal but this one reads RGB (well after a few try outs, it looks that way). I had to check this review because there are alot of RGB modded megadrive systems on ebay and some modders disable the AV out signal so your expected to use RGB scart but I prefer HDMI hookup for the convenience. My TV only has one scart input and prefer to keep one cable wrapped round for the SNES/N64.

Mine didnt say anything about aspect ratio, but when I use a capture card to digitize my old vhs tapes, I get a weird bar on one side. Like the aspect ratio is off. Thanks for that tip. I may try to see if mine has that feature and it wasnt in the instructions
