The Sons Of Illinois is a 5-piece band based in Essex and Suffolk, UK. We play a wide variety of Chicago Blues and in each number we try to capture the spirit of the legends whose music we cover. In this 6 minute video we sample the songbooks of BO DIDDLEY, JUNIOR WELLS, HOWLIN' WOLF and ELMORE JAMES. Rather than going for a flashy, over-produced, lip-synced studio film, this video was recorded absolutely LIVE (with no performance edits or overdubs) so it is just how you would hear us at a gig!
