Iron Wings - heavy/thrash metal band from Riga, Latvia, founded at the year 2016. Since then have been sharing stage with a lot of local support and have shared stage with a lot of foreign acts. In the music making process the band is mixing together heavy and thrash metal creating their own unique sound.
Since 2016 Iron Wings have played in nearly every music club, bar and pub in Latvia. Have participated in local and foreign festivals and winning in new band competitions “Fresh Blood 2016 Latvia”. Participated festivals in Baltic States. At the begging of 2018 have toured with finnish melodic heavy metal band Arkadia. At the end of 2017 released EP “Tumšie miglāji” (“Dark Nebulae”). In 2020 band have released new album “Dzejnieks” (“The Poet”).
