Usually i switch between different grains, beans and nuts, for example chickpea, black bean, black rice and etc, in making tempeh, in order to to get different texture, flavor and nutritions.

You can use any containers to pack tempeh, whichever save time and easy to handle. 🤩 The small wooden box is actually the tofu box/tofu press, which i use to make tofu. I still have some stock, do contact me if you want to get one.
