When I plug mine in it starts a countdown and none of the buttons do anything. Is that normal?
Super Bikes and Stuff did you ever find out why your buttons are unresponsive? Mine does the same only the regenerate button works
Mines in backwash mode and the button are not responsive....maybe part of the programming. I'm waiting for it to countdown and I'll update later

I turned it off but called in the service guy to show me how to put in the time so it wont go off again thanx anyways
