The fact that you are using a leader that destroyed a country that brought in her socialist ideas and forced them on the country is not forward thinking, for one, the woman had to stand down as her leadership policy were waning! Leadership is looking at all areas of concern and moving forward with the least damage and as much success as you can bring through! Resliance is being knocked back in life and not looking at yourself as a victim and never giving up! Reliance is looking at the issue and understanding it and and finding a way through!
