Hummus is great, I love Hummus. I use Hummus instead of Ketchup whenever I'm eating Chips or Schnitzel. It's also good as a spread for sandwiches to replace things like Butter or Mayo. Raw Chickpeas are also good, put it with some other steamed vegetables and broth when you're eating Couscous.
