Best Flow Trail in Squamish - Pamplemousse 4K POV
มุมมอง 1712 ปีที่แล้ว
Pamplemousse rocks. It's a very well designed flow trail located in the Alice Lake & Highlands trail network. The trail has very good drainage so is great for those rainy days. This was the 2nd day of filming so my legs were shattered and it shows on some of the corners. www.trailforks.com/trails/pamplemousse/

Back after a long break to get better at biking. Also, the weather has been sunny for months which results in pretty shoddy go pro footage. Grey Days are the best days. Trailforks Link: www.trailforks.com/trails/fool-s-gold-9921/ Trail is called Fools Gold/Another Man's Gold. Half way, it forks to the left and right. Go Right, end at the road and its a pretty easy bike back up to the Half Nelso...

Is it Skiing? Nope. first attempt at getting some bike footage, go pro is aimed at the ground, sorry. Good proof of concept. This trail is called Your Mom, one of my favourites in the area. Its an intermediate trail with a good mix of flow and tech through a pretty beautiful area. Link to trail: www.trailforks.com/trails/your-mom/

okay, there's a button lift above this. But with dicey cloud coverage I didn't want to risk waiting any longer. Pretty Flat light at the top but it gets a little more clear come mid mountain. Top to bottom is approximately 4 km

Breaking through the clouds. A top-bottom run of Whistler Blackcomb's famous Peak to Creek run. Spanning 11 km and a vertical drop of 1530m, it is the resorts longest ski run. Completing this run in just under 7 minutes results in an average speed of almost 100 km/h! Shot on the Go Pro Hero 7 using it's advanced stabilization.

SORRY your camera is set too bright and all scenery/ runs are washed out ! Also I am not a fan of your high speed descent -- you went over many blind rises, no way you could see what was beyond the rise -- yet you flew over all of them AND THERE IS NO WAY YOU COULD HAVE STOPPED OR AVOIDED SOMEONE WHO COULD HAVE BEEN LAYING IN THE SNOW OR SKIERS BUNCHED UP AND YOU COULD POTENTIALLY HAVE HIT ! Also the speed you came into the end of the run with, with all those people gathered all around was REDICULOUS. In the states if you had been seen by a ski patrol riding at those speed especially approaching the end of the run area, they would have maybe issued you a warning and the second time you were caught at high speed they would take away your lift pass and the third time = YOU ARE OUT OF THERE PERMANENTLY ! I am surprised at your lack of skiing/ boarding manners ! !

Hard to say, I prefer BC for my riding style but many prefer whistler. Peak chair on whistler is pretty incredible but I like the groomers and side hits on black comb. Park at whistler is more beginner intermediate and BC is intermediate advanced.
