My friend had the same bike with a green tank and no back rack new in Tampa and raced it. Then moved to my neigh in 73 he was good. I would be in the back and we would go through 3 gears in a wheelie. He made his own track in the woods at the end of the street. He bored it out twice. Had to get a new jug the next time.

Ok im doing this job on my 03 s10 and was wondering what the torque specs are for the head bolts, rocker arms, exhaust to head bolts, intake bolts, and valve cover bolts? Is there any break in period for the rebuilt head as well? Thank you for the informative video!

I had 02 Chevy s10 with a warped cylinder head. I bought a bad truck and didn’t know the Cylinder Head was 💩 until one hot summer day; I stopped at a gas station to fill the truck up. After filling; I went to start the truck up and it began shaking & smoking. I had it looked at and the mechanics told me that someone poured stop leak into the radiator to mask the symptoms of a cracked/warped cylinder head. It costed $2600 to bring the truck back to life. P.S. cool video; I’m a huge fan of Chevy’s S Series.

It took me about 3.5 hours to complete. It's a lot of work, but it's not hard.

Helpful video thank for posting. It's now been two years how is the seal holding up? Would think good you clearly did a great job sealing it.

And not sure but when you cut the a/c on it boges the motor down to much and the small hose that comes off the a/c compressor the small one gets very hot I mean hot and some time when driving you come to a stop and start to go it starts to die when you give it gas it trys to stay running but Acts like it's not getting fuel and when you cut it off set there just a second and it starts right back up no problem and drives away like nothing happened o and it takes on a cold start it takes about 3 to 4 seconds to start the reason I'm saying please someone help it the only vehicle I have pls help thanks and have a blessed day or night to all

Same motor that in my 2000 Isuzu pile up truck that's wild lol I thought Japan or china made them trucks mine is the single cab but the cab and bed looks just like a S10 the dash all of it but the grill looks like an Isuzu

The whistle gets abolished by the spacer from Holley that's what gets rid of the whistle..Iac should be between 8-12 after warm up

What did you use for a ECU? Sorry if I missed it, I'm thinking about 1 of these superchargers on a 4th gen ls1. Would appreciate any info you can give me.
