Hi My name is Bryce Tubbs
Since 2014 I have been running a 6 figure accounting and bookkeeping firm that I co-founded with my local business partner. My main job in my accounting firm is to create sales and marketing opportunities, so we can keep expanding towards the 7 figure level.
Also, I decided to start giving back and showing other Accountants and Bookkeepers how to start, grow, and scale their businesses. In the form of mentoring/coaching programs. Because when I first started there was no one to really show me and my partner how to get started, and show us how to get clients so we could afford to stay in business. We launched it 2 times before we were able to get the business off the ground.
It was rough, to say the least, but this journey has given me the perspective to help guide others, and I have shown a fair amount of others how to get their business off the ground, and I would love to personally show you how to do the same.

    Great advice. You stayed consistent talking to as much people as you can. From this video it seems at the end of the day it’s a numbers game. Every business needs this service. It’s not a luxury lol. You either do it yourself or pay someone else to do it . Luckily there’s tools to do cold email personalization at mass scale. Use the feedback from calls and analytics of your campaign to optimize your sales outreach. I’m testing this now….

    Good overview of what happened. I think you made a great point on ads(SEO is better long term). To me They messed up by having a proprietary software when Quickbooks has 80% of the market share, now has AI 🤖 embedded and it’s a low cost software and you can hire a Pro Advisor and receive personalized service (which is was missing from bench) P.S. You went from calling them Bench to Bark 😂😂. I got confused midway, good vid tho bro.

      You've mentioned Interpersonal before. I had bn reading about Communication for over a year now. Earlier this year I had focused on Interpersonal type. I nded some background knowledge from Communication Theory to understand Intepersonal bk. B/f that time u mentioned Interpersonal Communication, u said something about scripts. I had bn created scripts for non business related purposes some time later. These scripts helped me w/ convo openers w/ the opp sex. Which I'm so glad & thankful you talked about it!!!

    I reviewed your TH-cam channel. Currently you have 3.21K subscribers and 1.1K videos, and quality of videos and thumbnails are really good, but views are not corresponding.
