It's definitely worth it to try old monster hunter games ^^ If you want to play on the game console, the only option to play multiplayer is Switch, and Generations Ultimate. It's a really good game with an unbelievably huge amount of content. The second option is to play it on emulators ^^ In that case, you can play every old Monster Hunter game in multiplayer, on the servers like HunsterVerse that are crazely active (while writing this answer I checked it and currently on HunsterVerse server, there are 2people playing Monster Hunter Freedom, 29people playing Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, and 33people playing Monster Hunter 3rd. On Citra Nightly, in every free room for Monster Hunter games there is at least one person hunting ^^)

Yeah... In the first gen I think these small monsters are more deadlier than the big ones '-'

To be honest, I still have a lot of monsters to hunt ^^' Even after finishing the Top Monster list, I will have some monsters from the mainline that I still didn't hunt (like for example ancient lashen) and a lot of monsters from Frontier ^^ The amount of content is enough until next year ^^ After that I will figure out something to keep posting daily content :3 1 hunt per day will stay at all cost 😂

I'm regularly re-visiting old Monsters Hunter games 😁 even if the first gen is really tough and... specific... I still really enjoy that and I wish more people can experience these hunts 😌

@ where could you even play it normally nowadays, would you have to emulate gen 1 games in?

​@@shyguy6898well from time to time I'm still playing it on the original PSP ^^ But yeah, you can also emulate it on emulators like PPSSPP for gen 1-2 or Citra for generations 3-4 ^^
