Would this type of project manager be similar to other fields such as construction or IT? Great video!
Sure. A project is a project. However, every industry has its specific features. For example, for IT a better methodology would be SCRUM sprints, and for construction maybe a classical PRINCE2 would be better. Anyway I encourage you to learn more about PRINCE2, SCRUM and PMP.

How do you achieve standardisation ? How can parts be manufactured in one part of the world and send to a assembly plant and being assembled without any problems into a very complex assembly ? I suppose machining in very tight tolerances .. but is this always the case ? This is more of a fun question which always interested me 🙂
"Lean manufacturing in a nutshell" - what's the principle and basic idea ? Why does it stand out from other ways of manufacturing ?
"Production/assembly line basics". What is a Tact, how do you estimate it ? How workers get not bored performing the same task over and over again. What countermeasures exist in order to avoid a production line standstill ?
"Change management in a Automotive factory". Data management in a factory. Who is approving and/or "freezing" the design. How can Production keep up the pace and does get confused when finalizing a old design but at the same time starting a update? Document admin, CADadmin etc... anything in that direction pls.
"New vehicle development" - how a new prototype is being developt. The path from prototype to serial production. Who is making the initial decision ? What are the steps in between R&D and production/manufacturing ... intial market studies ... something in that direction
"Warehouse management in a Automotive Factory". How is it organized, how do external/internal suppliers deliver, creating a buffer for a specific part etc.

About heat treatment metallurgical lab quality engineer
Thanks for your suggestion, will do a video one day. I don't know much about it, must dig into the details one day. But as far as I remember from was much spectroscopy and microscopy. Plus heat treatment process parameters fully controlled, otherwise all batch needed to be scrapped/re-melted.
