The Environmental Board,ministry in all Counties or any related companies,the Government,should think about building Dikes before rainy seasons start in places where there are rivers and flood areas in the country.Prevention is better than Cure.Its a communial thing.All need to work together for strength,safety,,benefit and good outcome for all Kenyans.

To maintain these roads status during this heavy rainy seasons the roads maintenance crew should keep in check drainage of any dirt materials stuffed to avoid blockages....flooding of roads....or tarmac being carried away by water.
