I did this and then on the next run Flowey said something like “now you gotta make sure to be friends with everybody” and disappeared, then I reset it and he wasn’t there

If you save, you can head back to Alphys Lab, then, when you're out of the core, you will receive a call from Undyne to go to Snowdin to send a letter to Alphys then you'll be able to go through true pacifist ending
