The Board recently seized a unique opportunity to purchase surplus milled asphalt from Anderson Columbia, sourced from state roadway projects nearby.
When deciding where to use the millings, we prioritized roads based on traffic volume, reducing future grading needs, and input from road district supervisors. We know many roads need attention, and while we can't get to all of them at once, we're committed to making strategic decisions to maximize our resources.
