If i was you id stay in Devon Birmingham is a dump
Who says it is a dump, YOU!!. I suggest you take a better look at Birmingham and reasses your comment as the City of Birmingham is one of the Greenest Cities in the UK and Europe, and one of the Modernist, Cosmopolitan and Friendliest Cities in the UK
I’m from Birmingham and I’m so happy that they have done that 👍🏽. But to be honest Birmingham is a shit hole now I’m glad I moved out many years ago. I was there in it’s hay-days . 👉🏽🏴🏴🍻🍻
Very very good video thanks you like 👍🤩
We run brum pal
Basically only the Elephant house, the 'Kremlin' administrative block for BMC and an engineering building left. CAB1/2 and Westworks gone. I am writing a fictional novel, a murder/mystery set at BMC in 1966/68 and Longbridge features heavily when 26,000 worked their and they built over 300,000 cars in 1966. I've been speaking to Harold Musgrove, Austin's last Chairman about those times, he is 94 and mortified that nothing is left of Longbridge or Bathgate BMC where he was plant Director in 1966

How awful. This could have been a beautiful park for everyone to enjoy but individual greed has turned into a gold course of all things.
There's no such place! That's Senneleys Park!
Thanks for the upload, I was curious about what the lack of grass and fencing when I visited recently, now it makes sense 😃

Thanks for the video, hope they got the drainage sorted it used to be horribly wet at times even on the hills.
I am moving back to Birmingham (Sutton Coldfield actually) from Devon after 32 years away and the transformation of the city centre is amazing to me, I have some perspective on this as I didnt see or visit Brum for 3 decades. When my son suggested a night out in DIGBETH I was horrified because in the late 1970s early 1980s it was a dangerous neglected horrible nothing place with a run down bus station where I had spent some time in the most depressing dangerous night shelter when I was a homeless teenager, it was completely seperate from the city centre and just somewhere you didnt go by choice. Now its a cool lively place which is seamlesly ajoined to the rest of the city centre, pedestrianised, the bus station is modern and clean, loads of lively bars and shops. Yea people can and will still whinge, but compared to how it was I love it, I recently walked from Digbeth across the city centre, then along the refurbished canals (once abandoned and derlict) and ended up in a super cool bar in the Jewelry quarter, had a great meal and watched a funk band, then caught the tram and bus (£3.00) back to Edgebaston, I cant wait to get back to my roots, I thought Brum was finished, but overall its now a pretty cool place to be, my two sons born in Devon have thrived in Brum and would never return to Devon other than for a short break
Sutton Coldfield is now a district of Birmigham being taken over in 1974 but retains it's Royal Status given to it by Henry 8th
@@peterwilliamallen1063 And Sutton Park is still as outstanding as it was when I lived there, we will be half a mile from that park if as hoped we exchange contracts tomorrow, if I never see another beach it will be too soon, I loved Devon as my kids were growing up, but I am now bored rigid with it, coastal devon is nice enough but inland Nth Devon is just a nothing land where nothing ever has or will ever happen, its not even a wildlife haven as the farmers have anihalated everthing, there is more wildlife on the canals and parks of Brum, not unique to Devon, many rural places are the same, but nothing rural places are no longer for me, I want some infrastructure and action now, Sutton will be perfect for us
@@vaughanbbrean71 When you move back you will find not much hs changed with Sutton Coldfiels since Birmingham took it over under the boundary changes of 1974 exept that Sutton Park is free for every one to go in but Birmingham City Council has blocked the roads off at variouse places as it was apparently becomming a rat run for commuters and the Shpopping Centre in Sutton Town Centre has got a litle bit run down over the last few years
Nicely done
The Octagon looks fab❤❤
Did you reupload this one?
@@ScottishDroner yes
Yes
cant beat a bit of now and then history inthe making
active track is so much fun, i must try it myself again
the diggers defently give a sense of scale, nicely flown
Concrete dump Birmingham city full of poverty drugs and depression.
And you are one of them then, So why is Birmingham to your feable mind a dump.
Birmingham dead boring place people are miserable and backwards in Birmingham living in the past .
Well with a stupid coment like that it appears you have never been to Birmingham in your life, if as you put it Birmingham is living in the past it doesn't hold much hope for other Cities does it as Birmingham is a totaly modern cosmopolitan City with very friendly people living in Birmingham called Brumies
just because it isn't as grand as Dubai doesn't mean its dead boring. get some friends and go to town and then you will realize you have it all wrong
Manx are so hateful why?
You Manx are so hateful it’s a good thing that we didn’t have to rely on you during the blitz
Birmingham is still a boring dump.
Takes one to know one mate
Haven't seen Aston Hall from that angle before. Very nice! Bit of an undiscovered gem in Birmingham...
How pleasant. Thx
It's a lovely show

Nice. The area around St Paul's Square is my favourite part of Brum. Used to enjoy walking around there when I was at University there in the 80's...

Great shots. Liked and subscribed. Greetings.
I Didn't even know this was an event.
Such a magestic looking place
more skyscrapers are needed in the city centre. I am glad these projects are finally coming into effect.
Why do we need more high rise they will very soon be part of the past
There are plenty of skyscrappers in Birmingham City Centre
@@peterwilliamallen1063 plenty yes but lots of room for improvements
Finally affordable social housing 😂
Thank you. I plan to go this year and it's nice to get a feel for what to expect.
Happy flying
