I have been playing this game since the first version and it's been so amazing. the first SCS game I bought was bus driver. I really hope that SCS consider a sequel for that game. it looks great and I've recently started playing American truck simulator too. 😃

This is perfect to pair with the USB truck shift knob they also sell at Aliexpress. I use one of those (I believe they use the MAN TGX shift knob) with g29's shifter, had plans on buying the shifter you show in the video but Brazil's government sucks right now and I'd have to pay double the price 🤡

did you find any problems with shifting gears? or did you buy the shift sticks for extra?

the best trucks are always the ones you don't have.....that's why i want to see more "other" trucks like the American trucks, Chinese, Japanese, Russian etc...and not the updates of the same trucks that have always been in the game, it gets BORING!..p

my favourite turck both irl and in ETS2 is the Scania S, especialy when I use an interior mod that turns everything that's beige into black, cuz I hate beige interiors

Switzerland and Austria have also had recent reworks - Austria is my personal favorite. Germany does look stunning now but the road networks feel a bit over the top to be honest, while Austria has some of the most appealing country roads and views, long, windy pathways in very unique terrain. So, maps to avoid as your home country: UK, Benelux, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary. Though this will change soon enough now that Germany is complete, with one or more of them getting reworked.

fun fact about packs on steam: even if you own everything exept for one DLC in the pack, its still better to buy the pack over the individual DLC as you will save a bit of money on it over buying the individual DLC.

Not being a 7 yr old anymore, I pick trucks with the biggest gps screens and windshields. I choose only lcd mirror trucks because I like to admire the scenery. The rest is just fluff for kids. Enjoy!

i started with used tgx 2020..fell in love with it.. and then when i got enough money for another one, i got a volvo fh16 750.. still cannot forget my tgx's dashboard n driving feeling

I respect volvo for letting every manufacturer use the three point seat belt after Nils Bohlin invented it. So, it's volvo for me :)

for me the best truck is the man tgx 2021. it has by far the best engine sound, best dashboard and a really good fuel econony also what u said abt most truck sounding amazing, that aint true theres a few trucks that sound pretty good, most are not very special and not too accurate, and some are straight BUNS

To enjoy this game and get real experience, just turn on the real life simulator like " Real fuel consumption, Air break system, Manual gear shift, manual trailer attachment,turn off screen mirrors and use only truck mirrors, use internal cab camera,open and close windows, follow road signs and speed limits, turn of mini map and follow the signs of cities and so much more. That way you will love this game like I do❤

i was picking my first truck a few days ago. Wish I’ve seen this video earlier! But I have some tips for players that might go through the comments myself because i couldn’t pick between trucks for a while :D If you are into older looking trucks like myself i can personally recommend saving up, buying old scania R 2009/Streamline from the second-hand dealership and renovating it. You can still have the 2nd most powerful engine in the game, scania trucks are crazily customizable, interior is also great looking for it being relatively old truck and the biggest upside is ofcourse the outside looks. But as it was said in the video it’s based on your preference at the end of the day. Just thought i’d throw this idea in, coz i haven’t seen these trucks in any videos/forums just because you can’t buy it brand new anymore. Keep up the good work man and safe driving!
