Thank you for the video😊, Please what material was used to print the background?
I prfer the Ultracloth for these types of backgrounds.
A very helpful trio of tutorials, even several years later!
Awesome video!!! Thank you for sharing
Could you please also link the two other videos in this video description? Thanks ;-)
Great idea! Links posted. Here they are for quick reference: Part 1: th-cam.com/video/QEBX5hIsnzo/w-d-xo.html Part 2: th-cam.com/video/w4Yp2IojW00/w-d-xo.html Part 3: th-cam.com/video/ja_iyChSrBU/w-d-xo.html
@@ChristopherWooley1Thanks a lot ;-)
This is _exactly_ what I have been looking for myself. I will be watching the two first parts first then. I had a bow tie period several years before myself… ;-) Good luck with your channel, you won yourself a new subscriber! Kind regards from Berlin, Germany
Glad it is helpful! Hope you still get to wear bow ties on occasion. I love them.
@@ChristopherWooley1 Actually, yes I did lately. When I wanted to be decently dressed for our wedding anniversary, I bought a new one. Yes, they do have great advantages compared to normal ties - when it comes to eating soup in a restaurant ;-)
@@ChristopherWooley1 And seeing how to place these flags was really helpful to avoid any unwanted light spreading to persons standing there. I was also a bit afraid that people standing there might cast a shadow onto the backdrop - another good reason to use a longer focal length.
Worst guest ever.
Wow that was loaded with great information and tips. I need to watch again. Thank you for sharing ! 😊
Corey is amazing!
Dana is SO inspiring!!!
Yes do more can you use as starting point art images of others Like Monet etc, yes please we need more videos thank you
Thank you Chris this is fantastic
Thank you. I look forward to getting started. I may take my granddaughter on this journey as well
No questions...loved the video. Your approach and voice are pleasing to my ears. Yep, I watched the video from beginning to end. Thanks, Chris!
Thanks Wallace! I appreciate the support :)
Thanks for sharing this! I had not thought of creating a background before. That's pretty cool!
Thanks DJ. I find it super useful.
Hi Chris, great job. by the way did you set up a video camera a digital SLR or phone for the video? Was someone maning the recording or was it on a tripod?
Hey David! Thank you :) It was a fun tutorial to do. It started raining right as we were filming, so I only got 1 shot at it before the downpour came. My wife was manning the camera. I wanted a conversational feel to the video with her being able to move around (and closer to the camera). Hopefully it comes across natural!
Chris Wooley, I am listening to the video after the original viewing. I'm not seeing the action?
Here is a link to the action: www.dropbox.com/s/qhs55j87uxub467/PG_Solar%20Curve.atn?dl=1
Thanks for getting the replay of this out - I wasn't able to attend live, but was glad to not miss the content
Lots of great information packed into one hour! Thanks for this. And thanks for introducing me to Mike Price as well 👍
Glad you found it useful. Mike is a wealth of information.
Gary is amazing!
Box insists that senior prospects won't look at many photos ("just a few"). But then when he shows his website, he shows a plain page with a looong text ramble of some sort. Really Box? You literally tell us there's no way seniors would look at awesome photos of their attractive peers, BUT they'll read your rambling plain text?
Or maybe you don't have more than a couple photos that are worth showing?
I beleive his point is that you don't need a ton of photos to get your point across. The long text is likely there (unread by the seniors) for SEO purposes. Parents are probably more likely to read text than seniors. And just about everyone has a short attention span.
His portfolio is amazing. I don't think content is a problem. :)
@@ChristopherWooley1, Box says: "Do you really think seniors have the attention span of a ferret? Do you really think they're going to go through seven pages of gallery? Not a chance." BUT then, he shows us this just a few seconds later: 30:13. So who really has the attention span of a ferret?
Almost 13 minutes before any specific marketing is discussed. And I'm not sure Box did ACI a favor when he claimed that their Photoshop skills were inadequate.
Thanks for taking the time to comment! I appreciate it. This content was originally a webinar done live vs content generated for TH-cam specifically - so it does have some intro type stuff. I'm still learning the youtube postings stuff - I'll see if I can add time markers to jump right to the content.
