Thank you so much. I had an XP 2 with just 8 miles on it when I lost both keys. Took it to a good locksmith who could not help. It's been sat in my garage doing nothing for two years. Ordered an ignition switch two days ago for 12 bucks on Amazon. Half an hour drilling out the lock bolt and swapping the leas from the old switch to new and the bike was as good as new. My XP is the long range so a new battery costs 500 bucks. Thanks again for your video.

Good solution. I think I would be tempted to plastic weld the holes when the bolt is located to stop the bolt from wiggling and add more support to keep it from spinning

Mine is a 2005 36 volt Ezgo in 2017 Harvey flooded it in 6 feet of fresh water for 3 days. The batteries were completely dead a couple years before it flooded. So it had no power running threw it. I went to drain the rear axle and nothing came out . Not even oil. I had pressure washed the cart inside and out on the 4th day. Had opened everything up . Let it sit in the driveway for 2 months in the hot sun. Last year I opened the electronic box and looked at the mother board. Everything looks clean, dry, and no corrosion. Not sure about the moter. Would like to think it's sealed from water entry, since they are prone to people driving them through water on the course and idiots driving them into fresh water ponds on the course. I do believe if it was salt water or pool chlorinated water , then everything is completely toast. But this was completely sumersed in fresh water. So I'm hoping for the benefit of the doubt. Let me know what yall think? I'm going to pull the moter to check it out.

We have the eTrike. Battery is locked on the bike. The key is in the cylinder. The key just spins completely around and won't come out. Can't remove the key. Can't remove the battery. I described this to them and they want a video. >:[

Did you have to pry the top off after removing screws. My positive conector melted and im trying to swap out the terminal.

My 2014 Cmax had the same problem. The terminals were severely rusted and could not be cleaned. A set of horns that includes bracket and connection wire was about $50.

What’s the ammount you put in

Hello, I just added a heel shifter to my Indian Roadmaster and I haven’t taken it for a ride yet because it is freezing and raining here. However, just sitting on the bike in the garage and running through the shifting, it doesn’t seem to shift like it did before and sometimes will not go to the next gear epithet going up or down. I adjusted the linkage so that the heel shifter is not hitting the floorboard but not sure if something is wrong. Any thoughts?

Can’t you just pop the 12v outlet out of its hole in the trunk then just use an extension hex socket to remove it? That hole sits directly above that rear bolt on the fender.

Thank you for the info. My X500 has leaked for a couple years. I would not have known the problem if not for you. pulled the transaxle out took off fan and pulley and the plug was cracked. Easy fix. only hard part was hooking back linkages and control rods. Thanks again
