they really went downhill after I moved out..... so 2016!
Bo Burnham is my Childhood, and I think my Childhood was pretty Awesome.
Their 2nd album was great to
I know it's been years since you made this video, but there are a few things you need to know. 1: Kara's Flowers is pronounced CAR UH's Flowers 2: "Won't Go Home Without You" was written sometime between 2002 and 2003. 3: the entire band loves hip hop. Songs About Jane was influenced by R&B and Hip-Hop. The only thing about Maroon 5 that would've changed if Adam Levine and Kanye never met is that "Nothing Lasts Forever" wouldn't have charted.
After Inside, this is unbelievably heartbreaking
The burrito ingredients, in true Bo fashion, go from being a silly inconvenience to a metaphor for all of the things nobody warned him about when he decided to pursue entertainment.
Sunday Morning is up there with my favorite songs of all time. It's very unusual for modern pop bands to use smooth jazz influences in their music but they really nailed it.
Girl: I LOVE YOU Bo Burnham: no you f**king don’t
“If you know nothing about the conflict between Israel and Palestine and thus feel super uncomfortable weighing in on it ‘til you’ve read about it, let me hear you say no comment!” Jesus that line aged well.
one of my favorite things from make happy really funny joke
WHY IS IT FIRE THO
"Yeah!" 5:58 😭😭
This is a vibe ngl
not far off from the twix rant kanye did
Ironically, straight white men are openly hating and discriminated. Crazy how things are these days
What are you on about? We have it great.
@@barghest94 you’re a moron
I know I'm 7 years late but can someone please explain the "if my names bo... whoops" please 😭
Therapist: Fight your inner demons! My inner demons: 0:38
Last
Thanks for having a half decenf recording of this song! Every other one ive been able to find sounds like its a million miles away, even through a good speaker. ❤
WHY IS THIS SO CATCHY
Hey, Bo! - Patrick Bateman
Me last
oof
Remminds me of socko from Inside.
The lighting in this whole song was awesome
2:07 I love the ethereal vibe
fun fact, the random comment on the israel and palestine in this song is what led to me researching into the history back in 2016 and since then i’ve been anti-zionist and it helped me be prepared to talk abt it currently since it’s got a larger lens on it now. anyway love bo, free palestine, etc
Even though I’ve read about, I still have no comment.
Unbelievably based
3:00 He sets up great contrast here. An epic beat building towards an epic drop, then the boringest joke ever told. This reminds me of something I love to do to people when I play Kendick Lamar’s maad city in a car… And then at “…every time I’m in the streets, I hear YA YA YA YA!” but pause the song just before the beat hits cause everyone will yell the chorus but in total silence 😂
I'm laster you FOOLS im so last you dont even know it
that fuck your ears joke went over so many ppls heads lmao
Listened to this on repeat for the last hour. My best friend in the world committed suicide and I needed to cry. Godsdamn but thank you Bo for this masterpiece. I wouldnt have gotten through this week without this.
im last for now
Just realized that this is the first appearance of socko
Friendly reminder that heckling is why Bo got panic attacks. His shows are very carefully formatted, interrupting it doesn't help the nerves and stress that comes with performing
i was scavenging for a comment like this, this is very true
Dream: I have ADHD Gumball: 1:23
THAT PIANO SOLO
I may not be last, but I will be last to urinate upon this land.
That whole Isreal and Palestine line hit even harder, now that I still have no idea what's going on over there
Same ngl
jfc this was ahead of its time
@@existenceispain_geekthesirenIt’s been going on for years, just got worse within the past year or so. But yeah it was kinda ahead of its time 💀
@@ValentineMJ I know. horrifying if you think about it for longer than a second
0:00 Woman: I love you Bo: NO U F***IN DONT
✨ShUt uP✨ till the and thanks... Just Bo being a diva while diying cause of the anxiety... ❤
So so so good
i'm just salty this album isn't on itunes
Isnt on spotify either, but it is on netflix
i hope rob is doing alright
I feel free for the first time in 15 years. Leaving podcasting and radio behind and all the trauma that comes with it and baggage has really made me free. The gravity of everything is starting to set in with me and I felt happy for the first time yesterday in 15 years. I'm 27. I haven't really felt like childhood joy since I was 12. I have felt depression all my fucking life since teenage years. I've been chasing that dream of clout, fame, and passion through takes and having a lot of time. I think also has helped me accept my parents alcoholism because it was the coping skill I used the most when my parents drank. I started TV production classes when I was 14 in high school and said this was my dream. It was never really my dream. I said it was my dream because I wanted to get the hell out. My parents have been 10 and 12 years sober respectively and the way I coped with their alcoholism and the effects of it was being in radio. Being in broadcasting. I was never going to finish school. I was never going to do anything in radio to be honest because it was solving trauma for me. I want to put that trauma to bed. It's traumatizing to do radio and podcasting for me because it reminds me of the coping skills that I used in the past I was playing the character of Danny Kuchler for 12 years. I was a luchador. It's time to take the mask offAs I open my authentic self to you please give me grace. I don't know how to use this energy yet
This has a warning
the fact this isn't on Spotify makes me wanna commit murder
Totally agree
3:16 is me whenever i'm well into my sixth Moscow Mule while i'm wrapping up my rant about the government at 4 in the morning
i love youuuuuuuuuuu
although this feeling is fleeting, I may be last for now
While “it won’t be soon before long” does seem like the start of maroon 5’s blandness, some of those songs had great beats, including extras from the b-side collection such the way I was, and story. I still love maroon 5 though
