Timeshare salesmen have actually said the “paid to vacation” line to me. They tried to trap me after a large free breakfast and presentation. After telling em no several times; I opted to tell em I had to take a 💩. They had no response beyond “have a nice day”. 😏

Oh god david cross eating that pencil reminds me of always sunny in the gang gets analysed where mac goes ballistic on a pen. The paralells are crazy. Also Buster's bleeped out rant ending in you old horny slut was such a genius comedic choice that echoes in my brain to this day. Because this aired on TV where you have to limit how many swears you can have per episode from the censors, and they intentionally left those words in to let you know whatever else he was saying was worse.

So glad you're liking this show. The fact that you do your own editing means you'll be seeing the scenes more than once. Which is good because there are A LOT of call backs on this show.

The problem with kate is that she's a coward. Its not what she did, but the fact that she's always running away from any sort of truth or responsibility. In the process she hurts a lot of people. She's untrustworthy. It stays like that till the end of the show unfortunately

Yeah, a thousand miles is way off... it's like almost halfway across the US. Coast to coast. That's about 15-20 hrs of drive time. Phew.

Personally, I think the show just gets better and better as it goes on. The latter seasons are my overall favourites...but these earlier seasons are great too! I don't have any complaints about anything where LOST is concerned 😍 Loved your reaction...really glad you're enjoying it so far!

Speaking of maybe not remembering stuff…if you go back to Kate’s first scene in the pilot, she walks into Jack in the woods and she’s rubbing her wrists…because she got the cuffs off before Michael ended up finding them ha. So many small details.

Played a decent amount of DND! It as a system isn't necessarily designed for horror but can do it well. I worry about folks falling into DND and getting stuck there as there only tabletop game as there's a bunch of other fun ones. One of my fav sessions was kinda improv'd with me dming where I set up a fairy tale thing where the characters (necromancer tinged sorceror and a literal ninja) found a log built mansion on the woods, that was made out of the corpses of dryads (spirits that live in trees.) Had a fun tragic love story turned into a curse angle, an excuse for wooden hands to creep out of the floor and cause difficult terrain once the haunting got underway, very fun. You can do a lot of out of the box stuff with DND and I've run a few more horror based games, but it helps to know the rules by playing a more standard game so you know where it's okay to break them.
