I know this is old but I'm interested in what instrument you used for the main track.
No worries, glad you asked. It's a raw saw synthesizer layered with a lot of A-tuned guitars through an amp modeller. I think it was modelled on Marshall JCM800 and Mesa Triple Rectifier amps.
