    PCOS is caused by long-term elevated insulin hormone. You can test this for yourself: • Fasting insulin test • ADIOO-IR test Fasting insulin over 6 uIU/mL → elevated insulin Fasting insulin over 15 uIU/mL → severely elevated insulin. ADIPO-IR at 2 → early stage insulin resistance in the fat cells ADIPO-IR over 2 → insulin resistant at fat cells The ADIPO-IR test It is not a common test, but it is capable of detecting insulin resistance much earlier than other tests. If you are not treating the elevated insulin, all you are doing is managing symptoms → It is like continuously putting water into a bucket that has a hole in the bottom of it. Most of the common PCOS-related supplements only treat the symptoms but do not treat the inderlying insulin problem. That means that at the very best they can only offer temporary relief. If you want to actually experience real PCOS reversal, you must address the insulin problem. There are three main sources of elevated insulin: • Chronic stress (includes infections) • Chronic sleep deprivation • Chronic carbohydrate overconsumption There are plenty of videos that explain how to manage stress and improve sleep → watch them and do the things. If you want to prevent your diet from contributing to elevated insulin, you *_MUST_* address carbohydrates. Eating carbs elevates blood sugar. Spiking blood sugar elevates insulin. This is fine until you are doing it multiple times a day for multiple days of the week → at that point, you are creating *_chronic elevated insulin, the source of PCOS symptoms._* To prevent your diet from creating chronic elevated insulin, keep your total carbohydrate intake below 20g per day. The 20g per day limit is a rule of thumb that applies to the vast majority of women. It does not apply to every single woman ever → there are always some exceptions. But don't make the mistake of starting out by assuming you are the exception. If you are eating under 20 grams of carbohydrates per day and doing things to take care of stress and sleep, you can see the full PCS reversal in about a year if you are diligent and consistent. I am happy to explain more or answer questions or address concerns.

I wanted to know what supplements you recommend to have a consistent cycle? I understand it’s a combination of lifestyle changes but I am curious ❤
