Nice video but you need those rubber bushings in there. Metal to metal with moving parts is never good on suspension
🖖😎🖖
Very cool
I love that bro!!! I can't wait to see the finished product. Looks like it's gonna be fuckin fun to ride!!!🤘🏻🤘🏻
@@DJHalstead90 hell yeah man gonna be scary dast for off roading. Definitely need better tires
Man I can’t wait to see that finished. It’s going to be badass.
@@beauwilson3563 I so freaking ready to ride it! I keep getting distracted with my square body though lol
@ lol
So badass!!! Going to be very fast. Are you going to make it street legal?
@@Harleydavidsonguru hopefully, gonna try but that’s kinda low on the priority list for it. I have everything I need to make it legal though.
If 4 don't hold it 5 never would lol
Yeah I just got this truck about a month ago. That’s one of the MANY Things I have on the to do list. Just did the exhaust and lowered it
Sounds great bro. I love the deap smooth rumblin' sound. Not too loud or annoying lol❤
@ o yeah hard to catch the sounds on video. It’s a very clean sound.
Back pressure is a myth. There are lots of TH-cam videos that explain that and even show it on dyno tests. Great video.
@@Harleydavidsonguru thanks! the logic of back pressure really just doesn’t make since. Engine is a bigass air pump so why restrict flow?! More out allows for more in and as long as your getting a good air fuel ratio you will obviously make more power.
@@Harleydavidsonguru definitely feel the difference, it runs great!
I love watching Enville and you’re the type of guy I watch keep it up
I love how you’re putting people to shame with the straight pipes, dude that makes a good video speak in your mind speaking the truth thank you for that. That’s funny but truthful
@@coryfreeman398 thanks man glad you enjoyed the video! Lots more to come on this truck.
As long as you've got enough fuel, meaning rich enough, wont need back pressure. To my understanding, if the fuel system is already lean, like on most anything computer controlled since the mid 90s, it will burn an exhaust valve because there's too much flow and not enough fuel to cool the valve. But as long as theres enough fuel there the valves will stay cool enough.
@@MasterfulStu yessir sounds about right to me. More air out allows for more in. It was a bit rich seems about right now though definitely made it run better but you saw the crap that came off it
Man it sounds good brother. As long as it’s what you like who cares what anyone else thinks
@@beauwilson3563 thanks bro! Yeah I think it sounds awesome now I got to make it look that way lol
That old trike is gonna be badass
@@Harleydavidsonguru got a long ways to go but yeah someday
Can’t wait to see what’s coming up.
@@beauwilson3563 yeah buddy I’m ready to get the 4 wheeler going
@ it’s going to be so cool.
Nice shirt 😁
@@MasterfulStu thank ya sir! Sure is comfy
Man as always another gorgeous bike out the door. Outstanding job
@@beauwilson3563 thank you bro!
My softail is dropped 1'' 1/2, dit it with the longer bolts kit. I enjoy it, but the ride is a lot stiffer. Did not need another kick stand at all
She is still as beautiful as
@@beauwilson3563 love that! Can’t wait to see her winning shows 🏆
@ meeee toooo
Where's the fuel pump on a 2006 Honda vtx 1300?
@@bobert2025 I think it was below the seat.. been a while since I have worked on one. Bypass it! They run great without a fuel pump on the carburetored vtx
Looks amazing dude. Excellent work
@@michaelmitchell5909 thank you!
Love to see it and we need to get you a go pro for the ride haha.
@@ShaneSawyer1226__ that’s a great idea! I should definitely get a go pro! I’ll look into those
Man that turned out amazing. Love the color combinations.
@@beauwilson3563 thanks bro, I Like that picture you got now! Looking good!
Thanks. My wife took that for me the day I drove it to that show. She got a great angle on it. lol.
Great video i just got an 06 heritage and wanted to drop it but on a tight budget this is awesome stuff!
@@Tj-en7st thank you! Congrats on the new bike!
One quick question i did exactly as you said and it did drop the bike however when i snugged it down one of the jam nuts backed off a bit but my jack broke after i put it down would one jam nut being slightly backed away from preload area affect the safety of the ride?
@ I would think that one side not being tight would have a major impact on the way it rides. They don’t have to be tightened way down just use some loctite
Thank you so much for your reply ill lift her back up and see if i can get it snugged down!
Love it brother !!beautiful bike !!😊
@@ronaldrobbins8917 thanks bro!

🧡NICE
Beautiful bike brother !! Omg !! It's amazing !!
@@ronaldrobbins8917 thanks brother!
How long did you wait to pull the tape off
@@JohnGootee normal flash time! 5-10 minutes depending on temperature
did you replace the sleeve? that is under that bushing you removed....the bolt would be riding free in the hole without the sleeve.
Ok Gold member I see you lol looks great bro!
@@ShaneSawyer1226__ I LOVE GOOOOLLLDDDD!
Thank my man from Montreal Canada.Your vid save me a lot of time of guessing and all that at work(im a bike mechanic),very good video.
@@MrKazuyamishimawins awesome! I’m glad it helped! Thank you! The stereo is still working great. Volume is loud and clear on 35 doing 80 mph.
Looking good! What are you using to seal that paint on the tank to protect from gasoline spills?
@@pipesmcgee9270 it’s 2k clear so it really doesn’t need anything but I use cerakote ceramic paint sealer upon completion and a ceramic detailer to keep it wiped down
Love the flakes bro. But you know I hate gold lol 😂. Great job man!!
@@DJHalstead90 thanks bro! Wasn’t my first choice but I wanted something different, most Harley’s are black but there is alot of red, blue and orange ones so I wanted my to be something you don’t see.
Tsk tsk. Another black Harley...😂 Edit. I guess I gotta watch the whole video 😅
Looks badass
@@ShaneSawyer1226__ thanks brother!
You skipped a very important part for beginners, how to rotate the fuel pump into the tank correctly
This worked just as you said. I took out the rubber pieces and flipped the washer. Lowered my 2003 Heritage rear fender almost to the whitewall. Rides just fine. Great video.
@@jodasia11 thank you for the feedback! Enjoy!
Man , thats a good presentation bro. Thank you. I subscribed so keep it coming.

Nice work. God-awful color!
@@SGPaintworks-fe2fw thank you! Definitely not a color I would have picked.
What 2 and 1 exhaust is on that bike...what brand?
@@RS-hi5qj not sure. Didn’t have a brand on them.
Damn that’s bright! Going to get attention for sure, looks great 👍
@@Harleydavidsonguru yeah not my typical style but he loves it and it’s definitely a head turner!
“Don’t look at me like that I didn’t pick the color” hahahahaha. Looks pretty nice. Another awesome build out of the shop.
@@beauwilson3563 🤣 that color is definitely something lol thanks bro!
Thanks for your video it was very helpful.
@@alessandrovattolo592 thank you!
That tapping is NOT normal.
@@shaunmano it is common for those models. Don’t got to look hard to find dozens of forums about that same sound. The fact that lots of guys with that same bike have that same tick makes it a common issue.
It may be common, but it is NOT normal. My 1800 doesn't sound anything like that.@@dixiegaragecustoms
Good day, sir! I have a super tip for your next projects. Instead of using 3m double sided tape, buy some "Urethane Windshield Adhesive". That's what we use here in Brazil. After this adhesive/sealant is done curing you can even hang a car to it and it won't budge!
@@RhamonGB great tip! I really appreciate that! I’ll look into it.
Nice video
