When Poker Cheaters Get Caught
มุมมอง 996K9 หลายเดือนก่อน
Poker cheaters have been an ongoing issue for a while, so in this video we'll be showing moments where these Poker cheaters get caught red handed. SUBSCRIBE TO WAKE UP THE BEAR Note: Mike Postle in thumbnail is not a cheater, just needed a thumbnail that was dramatic... (Sorry in advance)
As someone who knows very little about professional poker, i feel like how you manufacture your playing cards is 100% on you. That whole situation with Phile Ivey being labeled a "cheater" for exploiting a defect is stupid af, asides from him having someone else be around to examine cards. That's 100% against the rules, of course. I believe thats where he got himself screwed over.
Why does the narrator mispronounce all the poker pro player names lol
Sorry but the last one is vile, did everyone just casually call her a cheater WITHOUT accusing her of anything ? Like what's the explanation here ? "I don't like how she plays so she cheated" ?
Its perfectly ok for casinos to exploit people but if a player exploits a casino its illegal. Ivey got screwed. They agreed to his terms.
It's crazy the amount of cope in the comments, Phil Ivey is a cheater plain and simple. he didn't "outplay" anything, no better than peeping at some cards, or having your phone in your lap
It’s harsh and I’ve told people before when they were flashing their cards but is it against the rules to look if they aren’t protecting them? Isn’t that on them? Seems it’s a weakness that can be exploited if you play that way. I’m not sure though, is it officially against the rules?
NO phones or ANY electronic should be allowed at table!! PERIOD.
I love him but let’s be honest. It doesn’t hurt to be rich.
Flopping top pair I’m just not mean that you have to call a $600 bet
Cover your cards when you look at them. It's not that difficult.
If someone is “increasing your odds” at the table, why would it go from 2:1 to 7:1? That’s the opposite of increasing odds, those odds are getting worse. 5 seconds in and this video be wrong. Also I don’t think you can ever increase your odds while playing poker, you can only realize them better than other people. Sure you can cheating will increase the likelihood of winning but that’s not changing the odds. That’s just making the right decisions with more information than someone or just knowledge of the outcome in which case there were never odds lol
How can you win 12 millions dollars in London we dont use dollars this is fake information
Ivy didn't cheat
Honestly. Had Persson done that to Helmuth people wouldve loved it. Of everyone played "by the book" the game could just be a computer program. Sometimes being erratic for an amout that isn't a ton to u personally will make ppl think. Other than the guy from Spain. The others all seem like ppl just don't like those who don't do what they want them too. I also think ppl getting upset at slow rolls should get over it. Or ban it somehow idk how u would.
Of course Robbie cheated. J-4 off is a garbage hand to play for a raise, especially heads up against an aggressive player like Gman. Then she calls with nothing. She didn't "out bluff the bluffer." She called an all in with nothing from a guy that raised pre-flop, bet the flop, and bet the turn, and Garrett had a lot of outs on the river, if he wasn't already there. Her cheating is as sloppy and those nasty tits hanging out.
It's crazy they allow cell phones at the tables. My son can't even have a smart watch on during a test, let alone a cell phone.
The poker cheating investigation is over. Here’s what it uncovered - and questions that remain A split screen shows a man on the left and a woman playing poker. Garrett Adelstein, left, and Robbi Jade Lew during the now-infamous $269,000 poker hand on Sept. 29. (High Stakes Poker Productions) By Andrea Chang Staff Writer Dec. 14, 2022 Updated 2:26 PM PT Facebook Twitter Show more sharing options A nearly three-month investigation into one of the most controversial hands of poker ever played has concluded with no findings of wrongdoing against Robbi Jade Lew, who was accused of cheating by one of the game’s most prominent stars. “That does not mean that no wrongdoing occurred,” said the report, released Wednesday by High Stakes Poker Productions. “It means that the investigation failed to find credible evidence.” Calling the ordeal a “treacherous process,” Lew said the results were “as I expected.” “I am obviously now entering another stage of this journey, as there are still loose ends that need to be resolved,” said the former biopharmaceuticals rep from Pacific Palisades. “There will be subsequent commentary and statements issued by my legal team shortly.” The saga began Sept. 29, when Lew - a relatively new player to the high-stakes, no-limit scene - won a $269,000 pot against poker pro Garrett Adelstein on an episode of “Hustler Casino Live,” a popular TH-cam show that streams from Gardena five days a week. Lew’s unconventional play in the wild hand, in which she called Adelstein’s huge all-in bet with jack high, immediately led her opponent to suspect foul play. Adelstein later accused her of colluding with at least one other player at the table and with a production employee; Lew has repeatedly denied the allegations. Schaben / Los Angeles Times) Video of the now-infamous J4 hand (Lew was holding the jack of clubs and the four of hearts) blew up on the internet. Viewed millions of times, the clip sparked raging debates - was Lew part of a cheating ring, or simply a newbie who didn’t know what she was doing and got lucky? Poker fans obsessively rewatched the footage to dissect her play, body language, clothing, jewelry and water bottle, sharing their “findings” on social media and hours-long podcasts. The frenzied fascination over what happened prompted several poker players to offer bounties totaling $250,000 for anyone who came forward with information (no one did).
also the Q/J Q/10 hand on that board is sus but a super tight lay down i would propably lay it down sometimes as well
Banned for life, cheating the Poker. Great times Casino. Very Intelligent Phil Hellmoth and so on.
@pokerbear7 the picture you used at the 3:22 mark is the wrong person.
He should have force fed Hellmuth his poker chips
Phil Ivey deserves every penny of that, hustle the hustler and take them to the cleaners, fair play if you ask me
This is ai dubbed right? I don't think he got anyone's names pronounced right lol
Try to not mess up names of all poker pros your talking about
Not hiding your cards well enough is a you problem. That's a bullshit disqualify.
Bro butchered all the names 💀
Ivy got scewed though. The casinos knew what he was doing, but alowed it, until they lost
for the 1st guy, a gut shot straight draw is an easy fold for me on a raise. Have a sense of numbers. U won't hit it often. Even open ended should be a fold depending on how much you're getting shoved.
What is the Instagram page of this channel?
how can casino sue phil ivy for its own mistake? makes no sense.
The casino knew about edge sorting. They just didn't think Ivey would be successful at it. Well... they were wrong. Luckily, courts will always bail out the corporation.
Cheaters are Dirty rats with no respect for other players and even less for themselves.
Ivey definitely cheated
The only Crooks are the Casinos I would trust a den of Rattlers before them
the robbie case doesn't make any sense.
Not that i feel bad for the casino finally losing some it was dumb of Ivey to let greed ruin his career of being one of the best poker players to ever live. I will never understand why the rich need to be so much more richer.
Either they have it or they have the worst hand but
I made a call 8 high and because I was pist then won 30 bucks in 10 cent room. Pure bluffs
1:12. Wow. A mobil phone.
Look at Phil’s biceps, I think he works out when not playing poker: not a man to annoy.
This guy is a cheater, who cares about him? He can join the long list of cheats.
At the 0:38 mark, I read that poker commentators instead of being LIVE add their comments AFTER the game is taped and being edited for broadcast. It certainly makes the WITTY JABS and INSIGHTS seem less spontaneous and more rehearsed.
What doesn't makd sense is the number of players wearing sunglasses 😎 😎😎 indoor during a poker game?!🤔🤔🤔
...Daniel nuh-GRAIN-you?
Identifying cards with your eyes is not cheating. There is no rule in any card game (that im aware of) that says a player must identify the card by the face side of the card. Ivey didnt cheat. He was a better card player than the house and they're mad about it.
The player sniping dudes cards wasn’t that bad. It’s on u to protect ur hand. That’s just stupidity.
Ivey the cheater. Sad.
"I didnt know looking at someone else's card is cheating" HOW THE FUCK
Soflo Antonio, wow a name I haven’t heard in almost 10 years
Gambling is stupid!!!
