I am not a dancer but a musician. Once a member of an orchestra. Have you ever listened to the music? Now, listen to that music, but remove the woodwinds. Return them, but remove the strings. Continue this, removing this part or that part. Is the music different? Do you feel something is lost without the other parts? To the trained ear, I see the missing parts. I miss them. I can help you to hear it like I do. It takes time to learn to listen. I am not angry when the music is broken. I am saddened. Every time an instrument is silent, it affects the whole. We need to hear all of them. Even the other musicians, trained, recognize this. However, there are many that don't like this kind of music. If we are not careful, we will forget the beauty of the symphony because it is easier to listen to a small ensemble.
