This Is He (2023) | Award-Winning LGBTQ Short Film
It's hard enough growing up in a small town of close-minded people, but Jody's life becomes especially difficult as she begins to battle with her fragmented self-image and gender identity. Just when she's lost herself completely, she runs into Lena - a confident young woman who unknowingly reveals to Jody her true self, while also growing into her first true love.

Brilliant ! ..........."You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view....to climb into his skin and walk around in it. " ~Atticus Finch 😎
Oooh! As a filmmaker, I love the lighting, before Joy and Lana meet, scenes look gray like an overcast day, then when they do meet it gets brighter, showing the positive impact the meeting has on Jody's life! Thanks for the video! Dropping you a like!!
A beautiful movie, simple, innocent, sad and well thought thru. So many innuendos such as the stone left at a grave "jewish tradition" the lesson being accept everyone for who they are be kind you never know what they dealing with, life is short so live well and enjoy the ride. Finally the stone Flowers represent the impermanence of life-they are born, they blossom, they wither and die. Stones, on the other hand, signify the perpetual existence of the soul, as well as our enduring memory of the departed. Congratulations 🎉
This is truly an exceptional first film. Congratulations on the award for your first film. ❣ Looking forward to watching the others.
Such a great film! Can’t wait to see what everyone does next ❤
