my lines dont look as fine as yours, even when I play around with the visual styles. for example when i tried to draw the 10mm wall tiles it appears as one thick line,why is this?
Check view scale, you probably need to increase it like from 1:200 to 1:50 for example. Please let me know if this helps

Hi! When I try to drag the extrusion, there is no lock sign. I assume that's why I can't change the height of the cabinet in the parameters panel. How can I solve this?
That’s probably because you didn’t create Reference Plane. Keep in mind to create them first, set up constraints for Ref Planes, and then lock geometry to them
