    Hi Coach Yogini ma'am! Is this also for men? I am a man and tried this lesson with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could only manage to last about 12 minutes in the lesson when my arms just failed and my MIL told me to go and rest. My MIL did full lesson powerfully like you! Her arms, shoulder, back, core is thick rock hard muscles, she have unbeatable strength and endless endurance! I feel really low and very defeated 😔

      Men can absolutely do this one as well, but like everything else it's a practice! I had zero arm strength when I first started yoga and slowly built it up over time with each class. Keep practicing and you'll definitely be able to do the whole class down the track :)

I am a man and work as personal assistant to my MIL's work-from-home business. Every morning she do the powerful yoga. She told also that this is for the strongest people and will takes years and years to build muscles and strength like you or she have! She told it is good for me to join her even if I can only last 10 minutes until exhaustion. I will keep trying! I want to be confident and little bit self-esteem in front of my MIL 😔 Would 10 minutes of this yoga be a strong exercise for me, Yogini ma'am?
