I talk about video games and how they make us feel, focusing more on what the game is trying to convey with the elements at play, putting myself on the shoes of the developers as much as i can, and seeing both good and bad no matter my personal affliction towards the game, with the intention to share my view with as many people as possible!

The game Ubisoft only wishes it was able to make
The Ubisoft formula has been around us for over a decade now, and despite its initial success, after a whole generation of consoles where a lot of games tried to replicate the formula, we as players are left tired of it. But looking in retrospect, among all the attempts, Marvel's Spider-man is the franchise that stands out the most, but more specifically, Marvel's Spiderman 2 is the game that seems to understand this formula the best.
Despite being far from perfect though, Spider-man 2 proves that there is room to improve the so called Ubisoft formula, and that there is space on the market for these kind of games, if they are able to evolve that is.

The Rising Tide is exactly what Final Fantasy 16 needed to be | Genuine Review
มุมมอง 2.2K6 หลายเดือนก่อน
The 2nd dlc of final fantasy 16 is finally with us and with it, a multitude of changes and additions that massively improve how the game works, showing us after all this time, the true potential FF16 has had since the beginning. Despite how good the new Eikon powers, story and multiple enhancements are though, the question of why this was never included on release remains, but however it is, we...
I don’t understand the spiderman 2 ps5 hate, I get the complaints, but some of the complaints are dumb,
I was initially gonna get this dlc because i thought it didn't do much to fix the base games issues, but im glad to hear you acknowledge them and highlight how they're improved. Good review, not hating the game for what it couldve but also not ignoring its faults because of its really cool boss fights
Thanks for the kind words, i'm glad you liked it!
Spider-Man 2's story took a noticeable dip in story quality from the first game, though. Even so, its better than anything Ubisoft has released for quite a while.
I agree, it was quite a convoluted and rushed story but i enjoyed it nonetheless. Spider-man 1 has the better narrative but i enjoyed everything else more in the sequel. both are amazing games though!
I love this FF.
Far cry 3 and 4 are both better lol AC 2
I wish ubisoft could see this vid.
really wished they did change the ending or at least made it concrete instead of ambiguous, though I understand the thought process behind it, not something I'm a fan of. Here's hoping the rising tide isnt truly the last piece of the 16 universe.
I wish they added something as well, but it's hard to do seeing how late all this plot story came to us. I want to see more stories as well tho, the lore is really interesting, but i don't know if in the shape of more dlcs... Maybe a spinoff or prequel would be better.
Great video, really helped me understand the DLC better.
Thanks a lot, glad you enjoyed it! I hope you have fun with the dlc if you decide to play it!
@@OliTalks901 Just finished it. I do love how Leviathan is an actual boss fight and not just a glorified cinematic. (Don’t get me wrong the other Eikon fights are masterpieces on their own, but the challenge is much appreciated.) Also the new weapon is so much fun. Time keeper is nuts. I hope this is the standard that all future content for this game is held to.
@Pladslvania 100% agree with you, i also hope this becomes the norm for future games. Glad you liked it!
I bought the ps5 boundled with ff16 back on launch day. This game was one of the biggest let down ever, shallow combat, nonexistent exploration, boring fetchquest. So I'm not gonna bother with the dlc. The combat especially, look and what stellar blade was able to do with a single weapon, in ff16 every choice was stupid, the cd based combat, 1 weapon without moveset variation.
Yeah i feel you, i also had mixed feelings with the base game, exactly with all of what you mentioned, but i was able to love a lot of the good aspects and intentions as well, so i'm a bit in the middle ground haha. If you didn't like 16 on release at all tho, then it makes sense you skip this one despite the huge improvements. I'm loving Stellar blade as well btw, amazing game!
Lmao at comparing stellar trash to this game
You think that just cause the combat isnt an overcomplicated clusterfuck its shallow. Dmc 5 was not a deep combat system it was litterally just pressing back and forth over and over at different speeds the entire time. You CLEARLY didnt even try experimenting with the combat AT ALL cause look at the shit ive pulled off
